    If I fought this man. I wouldn't feel it in the morning, because I would be dead. Hes the product of just sheer and utter hard work, day in day out over the course of years. Overcoming all his weaknesses and his opponents, a true warrior just like so many other fighters out of Thailand and the rest of the world.

    Most fighters who want to be good train at least this much. Its very very hard, just 1 and a half hours a day will make me feel so, so tired.

    Your intimidation isn't because of how much he trains. It's because you know that you likely haven't trained enough and, consequently, inadequately unprepared. Ultimately, no matter how much you train, on any given night, anyone can be beaten. Do everything that you can to prepare, enter the ring with an open mind, and let nature take its course.

    What would have happened if Buakaw entered ufc? Guys like McGregor walking around saying nobody can strike like them, Baukaw would have annihilated everybody if could adapt to MMA.

    I just noticed buakaw always choose a heavy load on a workout and focus on exhaling always that for me is much more efficient during workout cause I do that exhaling and it sounds like shhh! Hyaaah! When I'm lifting so heavy load so that I can carry out the entire workout
