Do you have a video that shows how to install the leather dash pad ?
I have the same cluster. When your truck is at idle does your tack show no RPM? Great video.
Did you order a hole new upper glove box? Reason I ask is a dog destroyed mine. It looks you can change the skin but i don't know.
LTZ/High Country both have soft upper Dash as well as softer door panel arm rests compared to LT/RST/LT Trailboss.
I want to do this as well, also since you tried upgrading the a/c (which is something I also wanna do) it’s not possible?
Question: is it possible to get the chrome trim around the vents without adding the soft trim. I can’t tell whether the chrome trim is part of the soft panel or a separate piece
thanks for posting, Matt. I've seen a video on how to remove the entire set of dash parts, but nothing on installing the new ones that you have. I'm sure it's just the same in reverse, but was wondering if you have a video of the installation...Also, are you 100% on those parts numbers? I checked one on tascaparts and it came up as not compatible on the 2021 custom (specifically the large dash pad). Should I ignore that info on their site? Maybe it's different than your 2019? Thanks again! - jon
Love the videos ! They are very helpful. Did you do the upgraded door panels yet ? Do you know the part number for the upgraded door panels ?
By any chance you swap jump seat for center console?
Out of curiosity I have been thinking of giving it a go but have you tried replacing the switches under the AC controls with the High country switch console?(or even the AC controls themselves) I’m assuming they are just regular switch’s that’s can be used to toggle other accessories such as lights on/off for lower trim that’s don’t have the high country bells and whistles.

Don’t take my word on it but I’ve read on other forums that it’s a completely different harness that is needed, but I’m still trying to research this myself but hardly anyone out there is doing this.
Would these fit the 2022 2500hd custom?
Great Video! When you order on eBay, what do insert for Vin # since you have a custom? That's where I'm stuck
Do you have a custom or LT? Part # 84420199 says it won’t fit a 2019 custom TB
Looks awesome! Have any part numbers for the dash pieces by any chance? Best place you think I should get them at? Thanks!!

Large leather dash pad for drivers side = GM 84420199 Soft touch leather upper glove box door = GM 84539639 Small leather dash pad for drivers side = GM 84266580 Instrument cluster visor leather = GM 84054788 I mainly used eBay, but ordered the cluster visor from tascaparts.com
Enjoyed your videos and currently doing this treatment to my truck as well. However I have a question? Could you provide a part number for the center trim bezel you upgraded during the cluster install. This we be the missing piece for me when i complete this swap over to factory leather. Appreciate it

I have been searching for a quick fix for the volume up button on the steering wheel. It doesn't have the resistance as usual. Any suggestions?
I still don't understand why for the last 20 damn years I can't find interior upgrades like this or similar for my NBS Silverado. And no offense to you "newer" Silverado owners us first gen owners find it really humorous when you complain about your interiors. Check out the inside of a 1999-2006 Silverados, you might just feel better about yours.
