are the older models just as good as a new bike as obviously the older ones are cheaper no keen on spending 4k on a new 125? any suggestions guys thanks ✌️ I'm looking for a good first bike within a 2k budget but don't want anything chinese

Hee man! Heb je vids over de suzuki gsx 400 f gekeken, leuke video! Ben zelf sinds vandaag ook eigenaar van een super nette gsx 400 f. Tankte jij gewoon euro 95 of 98? En voegde je een loodvervanger toe?

Jeff Bruins Noice man, gefeliciteerd, best zeldzame dingen. Compressie is niet genoeg om verschil tussen 95 en 98 te merken, zou wel E10 vermijden als ik jou was. Loodvervanger is ook niet nodig, wel goed olie in de gaten houden en vgm elke 5k km kleppen stellen

Bedankt man! Ja zijn idd best zeldzaam heb ik gemerkt, zit zelfs een marshall uitlaat op! En maar 30k op de teller :) oke bedankt man! De vorige eigenaar voegde altijd een loodvervanger toe dus vandaar mijn vraag. Thanks!

Jeff Bruins Die van mij had ook de Marshall 4 in 1, bootyful geluid door dat luchtgekoeld blokje. Ik had hem van 37k tot 55k zonder loodvervanger gereden zonder problemen ;) veel plezier ermee!

Yoo man dit stuk van amstelveen naar haarlem is wat ik naar school moet doen en dacht eraan om misschien de nieuwe mt125 te halen als ik 18 ben, toevallig dat je prc dat stuk reed

Yes, possibly the best looking 125 out there. Power is the same on all of them anyway. Question is are you willing to spend this amount of money on a bike you won't be riding for long

@@Matiasmartinmaki It's up to you man, it's a great looking bike for sure. I, myself, wouldn't spend thousands of extra just for flex and no performance gain over something like a ybr125 or a cbf125

Hahah riding this bike is always a win, thanks for watching!

I had this bike, best thing for a 17 year old, and it shows how much skill you lack riding, it's hilarious actually, you were about half revs in 6th gear saying "this is full throttle" if you want it to pull drop down a gear or two. Then you recommend a high torque 700 as a beginner bike. Hilarious mate.

Full throttle, doesn't mean full revs. The 35 kW version if you pay attention. I'm not of the opinion that starting on a fast bike is the best thing you can do but 125s are crazy slow. Don't mean it as a personal offense

​@@RidinDutch37 He is aware that full throttle isn't full revs. He said if you want a 125cc to accellerate you can't do that in 6th gear. They pull just fine when you shift down a gear or two. At 80 you should ideally be in 4th gear. 125s are not crazy slow, they ride within the speedlimits. There's a good reason why so many people die on motorcycles and that's because they go out on big bikes and ride way beyond their skill-level. A 125 is a perfect beginner bike, you can learn to ride 'hard' because sitting your ass on a 700cc for the first time without any proper riding experience at all.

@@RidinDutch37 heb zelf n rs125, als ie niet te ver opgevoerd is betrouwbaar zat. al naar duitsland mee geweest binnenkort engeland. 2 3 keer per week snelweg (40km enkel) naar school.

2020 will get you to 130 at top speed. pretty nice fot a 125

Haha im on a 50cc bike at the age of 18,(been riding it for 4 years) im working in the summers to buy a 125 😣 Seems like it wont be much faster

I feel like about the same speed as a well tuned 50cc 2 stroke, dunno how the laws are where you're from but if you're allowed to ride a 50cc faster than 50kph I'd go for that until you can get a slightly bigger bike

@@RidinDutch37 I already have the A1 licence, but not the money lol. If i would get a bigger bike i would need a A2 licence as well :/ If we are talking about bigger bikes i was thinking about a Honda hornet 250. Anyways thanks for this quick answer!:D

@@ferenckarap2750 No problem man, if you don't ride much you could always look for a 2 stroke 125 like an rs125. If you ride more you could go for a ybr125; doesn't look as good as the new 125s but I'm pretty sure it won't make a difference in speed :/

@@RidinDutch37 In the summer i ride almost every day like 3 or 4 hours, so i would definitely go for reliability over power and i actually prefer the looks of older bikes :P

Heb me zojuist bedacht om te beginnen met A1 bewijs wacht wel tot ik voor A2 kan want dit lijkt me niks 😂

Het gaat niet hard, maar ervaring is ervaring en wel belangrijk als je jong bent, ik heb het zelf ook wel met A2 gedaan tho; voor de meeste A1 bikes kun je wel een nier of 2 verkopen en dat is het zeker niet waard voor de powah

Buddy I've got one for 2.5years now It's a lot better then you think It handels wel and is fast My top speed is 124kph on this one For long to all day rides it sits comfy And i go to 6 at 100kph Not 80 Out of all 125cc this one is the fastest in acceleration and has decent speed

@@ramadandragidella no problem at all I do it all the time to get to work and when i went o school Never had an issue If you see 127kph on the dash it's 120 kph 131 is 124 kph Very stable on the highway and at high speeds But mind the wind as it slows you down due to it's non aerodynamic design thanks to the side vents

I had the 2017 version which is the same and got it up to 73 mph fastest before it red lined in 6th and I had to sling shot it...red lined every gear going up. I'm 12 stone and see a lot of skinny teens in my city on these (well three) if you were 9 stone maybe you'd reach the spec tag of 80 mph. I loved that bike though if this is you're first bike you're lucky

there's new regulations. the 2018 model is less powerfull that previous model. I have a 2016 model and I can easily reach 125km/h top speed of 136 on flat surface and without wind. I'm considering upgrading but all videos I've seen are really disappointing in terms of speed.

@@hansvisser2387 vind de mt125 niet verkeerd en de nieuwe yzf die ik toen der tijds nog niet had gezien (van dat ik de comment had geplaatst) echt lelijk😂. Mt125 lijkt me ook leuker om op te touren dan de yzf.

Mt-125 is een topfiets hoor. Kijk, echt lange snelweg ritten zijn op geen enkele 125cc heel lekker. Maar in zn klasse vind ik het de beste. Je zit ook hoger dan je zou denken en omdat je vast zit aan ~125km/u zal je ook niet veel last hebben van wind. Ook voor lange mensen is ie goed te doen trouwens. Verder vind ik(persoonlijk) het ook de mooiste 125cc. Ik heb de nieuwe 2019 ice fluo versie en het is wel een headturner haha
