I never expected to get this far in the #TIRT international drone race, with 58 top pilots from Hong Kong, China, Japan, Phillipines, and Taiwan. I made it into the elimination bracket of 32, then top 16, and miraculously the top 8 (semi finals). At that point I felt like an imposter, since I had never gotten that far before. I pushed my luck even further and somehow got into the FINALS, with the top 4 pilots, two of which were sponsored professional pilots. I took 2nd place and finished as the best pilot in Taiwan for this event!!!

I'm extremely proud to represent the country and my team. This would not have been possible without such wonderful and supportive teammates, friends, family, and girlfriend. Thank you so much. I could not have done it without you. This entire experience has taught me to count my blessings and be grateful for what I have.
