If I were to sum up my 2018, I'd say that it's a start. This year pretty much kicked off everything for me and put me on a path that I don't fully see yet, but I;m more than willing to take.
For one, I graduated from Claret with my friends and left the school you could say was my second home, quite literally. Traveling roughly 14 km south (I just googled that distance), I found myself studying in iACADEMY. I don't enjoy the commute, but I guess that's part of the adventure.
Second, it's in 2018 that I realized what I wanted to do for the long run. No one can say if it'll be the same in the following years, but as of now I know that filmmaking is what I want to do. For me, nothing beats being able to turn the things I see into movies to show other people. That being said, I just want to improve and work my way to making awesome stuff. As a plus, I finally got my own camera (hooray) and there's plenty of places to go to. Only thing I need now is money to go to those places :/
2018 was my new beginning. New school, new friends, new hobbies, new pair of socks, and a newfound spark of ideas. The year wasn't without its downsides though, but the positives totally outweigh them. I'm looking forward to trying new things, and I'm looking forward to 2019.
