Commentary: Heat 5 - Just a tick off his PR, Rash will go on to take the D1 title the following week with a PR performance. But, it gets better. He goes to State and takes second with a 37.17. Has another year. Heat 3 - PR for Williams and makes it to State Finals. But, if you're looking for the State Champ, he is in Heat 4. The junior does what he needs to do to get through each round and then sticks a 36.61 at State. Yes, just a junior.
