I bought a 17Year old 99€ Baleno (Made in Hungary) for the Nürburgring. He survived several laps. Now i can bring it back to Hungary, so we can test it on your Track. He propably dies but it happens at his birthplace. He should rest in peace 😅

It has three or four stars depending on trim level. It ensures decent protection of front and rear passengers. Score is lowered by lack of some safety assists as not all of them are available in car of this class. So your comment is bs.

NCAP has found that Hear Tect platform on which Baleno is based is highly unstable at crash of 64 km/HR. Same is true for new swift and new desire. Therefore swift got only 2 star out of 5 which is very poor. Hence very poor built quality of baleno, swift and dzire. These are murdering people on road

@Tony x. Ford hatchback is actually slightly cheaper and has much better NCAP rating. Also Volkswagen hatch is also priced around Maruti hatch. Why other manufacturers are able to give better safety than Maruti (same cost). I disagree that what I pay for a Maruti hatch with that price better safety is not possible. Others are already providing (in India itself)
