I've most likely watched this 3 times, I still can't believe you put your target bow out in the middle of bloody summer, considering what it does to cars and paint, vinyl seats and legs are vivid childhood memories for me. The look on your face the first time you loose an arrow from that bow is priceless, wrapped there's a 35" for 2019, got one on order, I'm like a kid waiting for Christmas.

thanks for putting out the most informative and genuine archery reviews on the internet. keep up the good work...i myself am a carbon bow fan. i like the lighter weight and the grip not getting freezing cold during the winter while hunting. when hunting from the ground a longer bow is nice, but 90% of my bow hunting is in a tree stand where a shorter bow has its advantages when it come so maneuverability and clearance from the tree stand itself or limbs on the tree. A lot of us in america hunt from tree but walk a long way to get to them, especially on public land. we also walk a long ways with our backpacks strapped to our tree stands. I really appreciate a light bow in those situations.

Thank you for all of the honest and detailed reviews you do for the Bow community. I have owned both PSE Carbon Air bows (32” HD cam & 34” Evolve cam) and now the Carbon Stealth Evolve. They all shoot very well for me, but the new Stealth riser and Evolve cam stands out, and is a home run for PSE’s latest bow technology. Well balanced, quiet, fast and the is very repeatable. I have owned the several of the Hoyt Carbons and several other brand bows over the years and I always end up with the PSE Carbon shooting more consistent. People say a heavier bow is steadier but, I have to disagree. I love the lite weight 3.2lbs of the PSE Stealth bow.

PSE stealth in the house.... it so so quite....I v e shot the carbon air HD for the last 2 years...I like you.. didn't fall in love with this bow until I played with it and set it up....did I mention its so so quite... dead in the hands.. no vibrations...none... yep it took me a few days to like this bow as much as my Carbon Air HD... but this bow is AMAZING...at 80 % I could hold this bow for 5 min s at full draw and at 90 forget it...(set at 64) . That being said my carbon air HD is one of the best bows I have ever owned and both were so easy to paper tune...if you can not afford or justify this stealth buy a used Carbon Air HD... you will love it....when you strap it to your back pack you will keep reaching back to make sure its still there... I know I do...oh ya I like you videos...thanks for taking the time to make them

Some of my best target scores back in the day (around 1360 FITA's) were from the original Mathews Monster 6, which in terms of ATA, BH and speed is almost the same as this. So shooting a "hunting/speed" bow is not a problem for target. Nowadays I would probably shoot this at 50lbs as I don't have the strength like I used to, but even then it would give me plenty of speed for field.

I’m not sold on the whole carbon riser idea yet. What’s your opinion on the longevity of them? I usually keep a bow 8-10 years before I buy a new one but I keep my old ones.

Mine just came in after waiting months. I was quite upset about the plain black paint. The catalog shows carbon fiber pattern. Some may say that is just cosmetics, and they are right, but for $1500 I expect to receive what I order. Had I known it did not have the carbon fiber look, I would have ordered camo. Mine also came with a pretty decent scratch :-( right out of the box. ALL THAT said, I just love shooting it. The draw cycle is money. I am grouping with it all the way to 80 yards. No need for a sling. Super satisfied with shoot ability, and the weight was just what I wanted for my shoulder.

Same here, when I go camping , hiking, or hunting, I like my gear to be as light as possible. For instance I could have bought a savage trophy hunter and would have been just fine, but I like the best of the best so I went on ahead a bought chistansen’s modern precision rifle, weighing at 7 pounds, it both the lightest and most premium option that fits well with my ideology. Ps. Before you say it; No, I don’t regret spending 2k for the rifle.

How do you feel the draw cycle is compared to the rx-1? I will be shooting the stealth on Friday and do a quick vid. I purchased the rx-1 based off the draw cycle but also owned an evolve and love that 90% letoff. If the stealth has a nicer draw , I may have to sell the rx-1 for the stealth! Musical chairs with these bows every year. I'll never find "the one"

I think there mite be a bit of bias towards the PSE because that's what you sell and Hoyts don't won't to do business with you, I don't know why they don't but I think there's a bit of resentment towards them because of that

There's no comparison, this pse bow is much better, you'll notice the difference right away. I bought this bow 2 weeks ago. I tried hoyt carbon rx1, you'll feel the vibration right away more than this one. PSE is much more smoother to shoot.

It is part of life - it is important to stay positive and believe in yourself. Some people are struggling with life and they express things negative to make themselves feel better. I have many customers across Australia. I think the videos help. Certainly reduce the amount of derails and dry fires I get. I have so many customers come in the shop and say they love the videos. They take time which I could be doing other things. But I think it is useful.

The whole heavy bow in America is blown out of proportion. Most hunters use rifles with scopes, the common rifles are Remington 700 with optics right around 8-10 lbs and the savage 110 is almost the same weight. When is a hunting bow going to weigh 8 pounds probably never. If you can lug a 10 pound gun to the woods quit whining about a heavy bow.

Would you voluntarily carry another pound up 3-4k feet in elevation in a western hunt? Another thing to consider, with that weight saved you can put stabilizer weight where you want and still be less weight than an a aluminum riser.

Ken and Cathy Wilkinson yes as long as I had the bow I wanted. I would never choose a bow on weight alone. I can’t wait to shoot one maybe it will replace my decree hd.

It is interesting I sold a Mathews to a customer - a nice bow to shoot. About 6 months later he comes back and said he sold the Mathews and want a light hunting bow. I think in Australia - we tend to walk holding the bow while hunting so people tend to like the lighter bows. I certainly sold many Carbon Air based on weight and speed to customers. The customers all still shoot the same bow and are happy with their purchase. For target bows are heavy - but for hunting weight is certainly a factor people seem to consider.
