great video and very informative👍.I got the a200 AMG line premium.. love it love it. sadly lost my glasses case as a fault developed in the SOS system in the overhead console and Mercedes no longer fit it anymore and I had to have an overhead console without the glasses case😠. success and handles better then my previous w176 A-Class by some margin, but if I could have the internals in the MK3 (w176) version of love that as I find the previous version looked better more angled and interesting (to me)

Thanks! There are some plastics, but it definitely feels premium for a hatchback.

So there is front camera used for augmented navigation. I'm wondering if that same camera has a dash cam functionality too? Or would I still have to use my TrueCam to record...

Nice music, nice review. Which motor would you go for A200 or A250 petrol?.. The one is renault motor and other one mercedes motor right?

How do you work the ambient lighting please

How are the headrests on the A class? They have a curve at the top of the seats and it doesnt seem too comortable for the neck.

How much does it cost to upgrade the screens and can it be done while I already own the smaller screens?

Just got my a200 amg line and it’s amazing. Only problem is it sits so much lower than u realise and it scrapes on every tiny bump unless you go dead slow

I like the inside features . Does it have a CD Player ? I didn’t notice any . I use USB , CDS , & my phone as I like options for listening to music . Not all music can be stored on a phone as not enough storage and not always possible to transfer them on a usb .

Are the windows tinted? Also, did it have heated front windscreen?

I believe the rears are slightly tinted. A heated front windscreen may be part of an optional pack. The Merc configurator will have further info.

The windows are tinted if you pick the Night pack. That pack also includes black chromed details on the doors, back grill and rims

Love the interior, but prefer the older style look as it looked more aggressive imo. This one a bit too rounded

I have a new 19 plate 200 AMG executive and I’m still trying to work out some of the functions . Thanks for the review as It’s helped me understand some of them..I don’t have the premium package so no ambience lighting.. I also didn’t notice when I bought the car there’s no spare wheel is this normal?

Is there no ambient lighting at all or just single colour?

These are absolutely amazing. Once sitting in it you wouldn't know it was the base model in the merc range. Even still ill stick with my 45. Hows the porche handling this great British summer?

Great review! Waiting to order my A250 4Matic but half the options aren't available in the UK, Grrrr! Are those speakers Burmester? Do we know if a night package is coming? So frustrated I want the options that EU countries have!

As this is a A180d AMG Line, there could be some variation, but the MB UK configurator just says 'MB sound system' with premium plus package. The screens are actually really bright and crisp. I didn't have any visibility issues. These are of course the 10inch optional displays that will come with the premium plus pack so I don't know what the smaller displays will be like. Similar I imagine.

I agree crazy how few options we get for the car here so far. They did just add 4matic and a new engine though. Plus distronic coming later this year. I won't get a new car until next year but hope that they increase the choices by then!

Small correction, the LED high performance headlights are not "LED and Halogen". The LOW beam uses a projector style, while the HIGH beam is an LED reflector style. There are NO halogen lights on this car.

You may be correct, but you will need to correct Evo as well as they explicitly state halogens are the standard.

@@Galaxy89cars It was by no means a critique as such, just a heads up. Then EVO is wrong as well. In some markets the standard headlamps are halogen. The LED High Performance ones this car is fitted with is LED only. On your panning shot across the headlight you can actually see the LED chip in the reflectors reflection.
