We have a brand new Ulitmate 1.6l turbo and it's the business for sure. 5th Hyundai and we have never been disappointed.

Had my 1.6 T for 9 months. No complaints at all.

I was just trying to watch car reviews, not read thirsty KZread comments. But wow, this vid has both!

What a pleasant surprise, I just stumbled across this review and found Rebecca! Unsubscribed to Telegraph cars (which had gone quiet for a while) and subbed here!

I'm so glad they've decided to drop the 'pairing a phone' bit from the reviews. The newer reviews flow much more naturally.

Wow! Great outfit, the belt goes well with your hair. In the U.S., the 1.6 turbo is pretty decent. Drives well enough. The price is good too.

I love it, the sunset orange looks good, but Id still go for the surf blue though xD

So many things going on with the design. The basic shape is good but the plastic cladding is all over the place. The light configuration is odd

A good comprehensive but still short Review of the Kona ... But as the woman said, it begins to look rather expensive - prices itself out of the market - when u choose a good-enough model plus all the bits n pieces u mite want. (Prhps a much better choice as an EV ?! )

I love the Kona. I test drove one and it is more on the sporty side. Funby corner with. If you can, get the Ultimate. AWD with multi-line rear axle. 1.6L turbo engine with fun double clutch tyranny.

Why the i20, when it’s based on the i30 chassis?

A person reviewing cars must have the quality of conserving his/her objectivity after seeing several cars. If you set yourself to like a car, then when you will review other models that are 'not quite the same' you'll find yourself falling in subjectivity and not seeing the qualities. Also, it's not always smart to always compare things. Just tell us, is the car good enough ? We can then decide if we like the interior, comfort and so on. I have to say, overall the review is missing the point. The interior is not dull, the steering is actually quite fun, this is not a sports coupé, and the rear leg and headroom are absolutely perfect even for tall people, unless the person sitting in front is 6ft or taller. The only point I'll give you is indeed the trunk is small in size. I do recommend people give the car a try before they get brainwashed by these reviews saying "it not as much as the competitors".

During watching this review, all my thoughts are about Stella Cox :)

My god the Kona looks massive when Little you stood beside it! 😂 Great review!

What about material quality? Looks a bit cheaper than some of its rivals, but should wear well.

Stephan...Yes, it is quite hard and scratchy in the Kona cabin. However, it is well put together and nicely textured to make it feel a bit better than it is.

She could anything.But I just bought one. Collecting it tomorrow. ❤️

The Kona looks good,too ;)

Spec level compared to Australian version is poor. We start we have a 150HP 2.0 NA with 6 speed auto FWD. with 7" Display reverse camera, all around parking sensors and for $1500 AUD more all the active safety, AEB, Lane keep etc. for $28000 AUD (GPB16000) . The top of Range is (40k) (GBP22k) with a 185HP 1.6Turbo 4 7spd DCT and AWD.

The best Kona in the world is made in Portugal.. Its beautiful and built to take a daily pounding , very low maintenance and plenty of attitude when pushed to the limits, a machine that you must keep lubed so that it won’t leave you stranded when the going gets rough . Great bang for a your buck An overall beast 🇵🇹 🐈👍🤣

I sometimes don't know which accents are the best distraction...English women, Aussie/NZ Sheilas, or American Southern Belles. I'm in the U.S., but having heard all three, I must study further.

Cars like that may be popular due to poor road maintainance, a cynic might observe. However, they are bound to burn more fuel, just because of their aerodynamic drag and tyre rolling resistance. Even without the sums, it just looks inefficient energy wise - just looking at it tells the story.

Hyundai is cheaper in Europe like Britain and Germany but expensive in USA

It's funny how after so many years of experience, car designers manage to screw up several details or don't get the basics right. I suggest it is possible to make the perfect car, but too often the latest car is worse in several areas than the car it replaces. I simply don't understand why this happens. A good looking car but not a contender.

Karl...It is much cheaper. But I like the fact that you can get much better options on the Kona, even if you have to pay for them. And for some reason, the seating position in the Stonic is REALLY low! Not crossover like at all.

This Hyundai is alright! They have come such a long way since their late 80s junk. Now to the obligatory Rebecca commentary - she has been hotter in other reviews, but i am not sure she has ever been sexier. Rebecca is such a doll, and that accent too? And she's a race car driver as well? Such a catch.
