Yes. And without all of the bias. Most review channels say if it doesn’t drive like a sports car, it’s not worth your money. If it’s quiet and reliable, then it’s probably great.

Does the fronts seat have a lot of leg room ? I’ve been thinking about getting this car but I’m 6’5 with a lil weight on me so I’m tryna see lol

I have been looking for my first car to buy. I think this might be it, especially because its so spacious and easy to use. I don't really like cars that take a while to figure out.

Just bought one today and I love it!

You have to best car review, very detailed and organized with a gentle voice as a matter of fact you must have gone to school for this.

I’m on my second Malibu my first I got from a auction cheap price but really didn’t have money to maintain it. Now I have a 2012 Ls for now about 5 months runs great and great with gas and rides smooth! Oh very spacious.

I *love* the Malibu. What a great value.

You noticed! I filmed this one early in the morning before a run. Usually I film during lunch or after work, but I just didn't have time.

LOL I saw the Lockport water tower and was like "HES ON 355!!" I live right in lockport and get off exit 4 everyday. Loved the video man! Very helpful!

Yyeesss very detailed about this vehicle. I'm definitely going to get it off the lot next week

You like the stars? Hmmm, okay, I can switch back. I stopped doing that because I found myself giving most cars 4 or 5 stars. Plus, on the rare occasions I gave something a 3 star rating, I got some nasty comments in response. But maybe I can do it better now. I'm currently editing a review of the 2018 Ford Edge. I'll put the stars back in a see how it goes.

I just bought an 2018 Malibu LT today and I love it and suprisingly it has android auto and Apple CarPlay so I’m guessing the previous owner opted for it but I still love it regardless, has enough power for me🥰

Yes I definitely would get this car this is my final choice I would choose this car for my first car a couple of my co workers got this but theirs are 2016 and or 2015 and they love it I would get the 2018 Chevy Malibu

Nice review, unlike most where if the car isn’t able to bake a pizza and have 400hp its “disappointing value”

These are decent cars, hope I have the chance to drive one very soon! :)

One suggestion is discussing avg mpg

Chevy Malibu and chevy Impala .. i like both a lot the exterior styling is outstanding. specially on high Trims .. only one question and i hope honest current owners help me .. i hear a lot of electrical and electronic problems with GM products !! is that True how much does it cost to maintain these chevys ? Has anyone ever said anything to you about not having a front license plate?! I've heard as long as you have the back one and your tags you're fine. Every car I've had up until I got the 2018 Malibu had a front plate

160 hp not bad for such a small car. Heck my old Chevy made that with a v6 lol. And it was slow and the engine was loud

2018 Malibu I love it but do it come with a 3.6 I will love to have a Chevrolet Malibu with a 3.6 v6

This has some packages on it, Appearance Package, Convenience and Technology Package & that Dual Pane Moonroof isn't standard on an LT.

Yeah, I think I forgot to mention that in my review. Sorry about that. And I can't imagine driving a Malibu without the moonroof. It makes the car feel soooo much nicer.

When it comes to the gas tank not having the gas cap I like it a lot I have it on my car and a funny story to go with that about 2 years before I got my car I young woman had just bought a pretty new car and went to get gas and when she went to fill up and saw no gas cap there she kinda freaked out I just happened to pull up to get gas in my truck I had at the time she saw me and asked if i has any idea why there was no gas cap she said she never had this new of a car so I remember that ford had talked about it a few years earlier they where going to do this to there cars i was able to explain to her about it she seemed to calm down now that she knew about it and thanked me and left!

Ha! I guess I can understand her confusion/panic. You never want to break a new car but doing something dumb with it the first week. Still...you'd think a moderately intelligent adult could figure it out within a minute or two. Right? I mean, it's not rocket science.

I think the Malibu is the best looking of all the mid size sedans, 2nd being the Mazda 6.

I do like the Mazda 6...at least how it looks. I've been trying for 3 months to rent one, but there's only a handful at Enterprise and they're difficult to get. Hopefully soon!

Lol are you serious? Out of all the midsize sedans out there, a Malibu???

I seem to have a consistent problem finding comfort for my back while driving with modern cars unless it has no lumbar option OR the lumber can be adjusted up & down vertically. The car I have now has a horizontal steel bar that digs into my lower back when I sit up straight. I gotta find some kinda pad for it because I’m stuck for another 2 years in the lease.

Aww yes, you must be pushing 40 like me. I love lumbar support, especially on expensive cars that have vertical and horizontal adjustments. Someone also mentioned that Buick's have a message option? I think it was Buick. Anyway, that sounds a bit dangerous - because I'd probably fall asleep - but it could be fun to try!

I have behind the wheel training and those are the cars they provide...I'm really nervous cuz I drive a hatchback and never drove anything bigger

8th Gen. of the Malibu ...Hmmmm I have a "17 Chevy Malibu LS FWD !! this is my first fwd car .ive always had a all wheel drive car .so its not too bad ! my car has rear view drive also . no sun roof though..thats ok !

What would you get for a full-size rental? Due to my age they can only give me a full size while my car is in the shop. The cars they carry the most is malibu charger and altima I think. I tried to get a Mazda 6 and Accord with no luck.

A full-size? Probably an Impala or an Optima. I've actually never gotten a Honda or a Mazda. Those are hard to come by. I'm fact, several people have commented that none of the major rental companies offer Hondas.

That 13 gallon fuel capacitysounds incredibly small for a car this size

You're right, it does seem small. Then again, you'd still have a ~325 mile range (25 mpg x 13 gallons). That's not too bad.

My malibu has a 15 gallon tank. I typically drive highway to and from work. Im getting 38 mpg so thats 570 miles.

This is really "a car" it has all quality look design power technology not like some ones who don't know anything just copy i mean sonata optima altima ....

nothing about ride quality over rough roads? the impala i drove [with base wheels but low-profile tires] was harsh over broken pavement, was hoping the malibu was softer.

I own a fully loaded 2017 Malibu premier and the car handles great especially in turns. Another great feature is the adaptive cruise control I mean this feature works fantastic, when traffic in front of you slows down the car automatically slows itself down then when traffic speeds back up the car will adjust accordingly. I highly recommend getting the 2.0 turbo.

The place that u can put your phone actually wireless charger. U can charge your phone there.

That “storage” behind the shifter is actually a wireless charger for your phone

I really dislike my local enterprise they have good customer service but the issue comes when you reserve a vehicle on their website they say it’s available but when i go to pickup the vehicle they say sorry it’s not available and they will keep transferring you to a branch that has the vehicle that you reserved

You start buying parts out of your pockets/ purse...

You forgot the phone holder also charges your phone and the key fob comes apart for an emergency key that fits below the charger under the radio area.

GM made the wrong move to use CVTs, just to give consumers value cars but won’t last and a headed to some big problems as well as the use of small engine with a turbo!! This is just a money pit!

NO turbocharged requires premium fuel!! To costly
