    Hey does the ezpass transponder work if you have it placed like you did on the driver side dashboard? Asking this because I'm going to be using this as a rental and obviously I don't have extra 3M tapes to stick it on the top of the windshield where it usually goes.

    So the second row seating windows do not function? That's a shame. I love the Dodge Caravan, I have had two in my life, and they run forever. However, I have 7 dogs now and functioning windows for the 2nd row seating is a must. Everything is else is perfect. Exactly what I want. Not too much, not too little... just like Goldie Lock's porridge... it's just right. But the 2nd row windows are priority #1 and not functioning is a deal breaker in my case. Stupid Dogs.

    Never mind... I just watched the rest of the video, and the 2nd row windows DO function. YAY! This just became my perfect vehicle... dogs are still stupid though.

    I want an R/T so bad cuz I owned an 07' charger RT. I just wanna drive fast and look cool , but I've already been thru that, I also wouldn't mind a GT or SXT strictly for lower maintenance.

    I took the 4.3 for a ride 100 MI.. at 60 MPH on the highway you get 25 Mi to the gallon. I know because I test drove one before I'm buying one.

    I’ve had a 2009 Kia Sedona and it is a racing mini van 135 mph top speed on the speedometer. Super acceleration and handles very well. Has 288,000 miles. I’ve done very little work on this vehicle. Alternator, radiator, standard tires, brakes, and oil changes. It’s not easy to work on because all of the components inside of the hood are very tightly packed, but like I said, not too much work was required to keep this vehicle road worthy. I used it for family and even over 5000 trips as an Uber. I wish you could fold the seats into the manifold, but that is not an option except for the 3rd row that folds into the manifold. I’ve hauled kayaks, Transported furniture, and used to sleep in when camping with the seats out. I’m considering upgrading to a new model sometime soon.

    This was a shit experiment. I’m in my friends car, 30 miles away, no error message showed until he got out, and only then the error message read no key detected. This is a 2017 Chevy Malibu. Delete this video you knob.

    Would also like to add the vehicle was never shut off from the time my friend left his key. I also know I can’t start his car when his keys are less than 50ft away. This is simply a design flaw and it seems on different models, or for lack of better words different variables.

    I have the 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT, the only thing I hate is that when you park to get gas or got to the local 7-11 store and park, then open the driver door, the van unlocks all doors and the rear door is also unlocked so that the punks hanging out at the store can just jump in your van because when you opened the driver door the whole van is unlocked, I want to disable this feature because it is dangerous because anyone can just jump in your van all doors are unlocked.

    DON'T FORGET TO WIND THE CABLE BACK UP BEFORE DRIVING AWAY! It will drag and break. I say that, because nobody, when you're stuck alongside the road, is going to take the time to put the flat tire back inside the case. You're going to throw it into the back of the van and be on your way. So, don't forget to wind that thing back up.

  • @NorthernChev
    @NorthernChev29 күн бұрын

    Something he doesn't show in the video is that you need to let the cable slack out A LOT. A whole lot, or you will not have enough slack to let you properly remove the tire from its holder. Let the tire down. Then pull it out a little, then let it down more, pull it out more. And keep doing this until til it's out far enough. You don't want to just crank out a bunch of slack without pulling it out from under the car a bit each time because the cable can become bound up in its mechanism if you don't keep it taught. So, crank a little, pull a little. Repeat.
