It's actually amazing how wrong he was about the niners draft. Everyone he mentioned was in fact a bust and the only one he didn't, Kittle, is far and above the best player they took.

Had Brady been there and I made this comment, then your “tHiS DiDnT aGe wElL LoL” comment would make sense. However...this was before Brady, before major changes in their organization....when they were absolute garbage. All of the talent in the world, but couldn’t even make the playoffs in over a decade? garbage.

Completely right about Tampa. Those that say they needed a RB early are wrong. Our GM knows what hes doing and most of our picks can start anywhere in the NFL.

you do know that Dallas DRAFTED 3 offensive line man in 1st round every year? LT Tyron smith 1st round pick, Fredrick C 1st round pick, Zach Martin 1st round pick!! They drafted all their lineman including Collinslast year who was supposed to be 1st rounder but had criminal investigation at time he went undrafted and cowboys signed him, so Cowboys drafted their team get ur facts right

9 of the starting 11 offensive players for the Cowboys were drafted. The other 2 were undrafted free agents. the last big time free agent signing the Cowboys had was Brandon Carr. And he was let go. the Cowboys are doing to the defense exactly what they did to the offense, building through the draft.

I think the Browns, Bucs, 49ers and Packers had a great draft.

yeah you could add Cincy Green, Ross, and Mixon has a lot of potential, but has a lot of bust potential other than AJ Green.

I'm from Canada and I've been a new England fan since I was 4 lol

The saints also had three very productive rookies on defense. P.J. Williams, Marcus Williams, and Marshon Lattimore. (You can also count Alex Anzalone too)

The Buccs will have a loaded Offense... Mike Evans, Desean Jackson, Chris Godwin (if y'all don't know who he is, go look him up, he's a 1st round caliber WR), Adam Humphries, OJ Howard & Cameron Brate. All they need is for Doug Martin to get back to his old self & get there running game going. Also, Kendall Beckwith was a 4 year starter at LSU & is a legit day 1 starter at Sam LB in their scheme. They surrounded Jameis Winston with a ton of talent, in year 3 Tampa Bay is going to win the NFC South this year.

Liberty City El ummm Panthers had an outstanding draft after setting a record of 6 games lost by a FG or less. Never were that bad last year and two years removed from a super bowl appearance and a 15-1 season. Falcons just went to the sb and were 13-3 if I remember correctly and Saints did decent as well on the draft. The division might be best in football next year. Don't assume anyone is a lock to win. It's a toss up

Of course he doesn't mention the Chargers when they had one of the highest rated drafts. Added offensive line talent to protect Rivers, drafted Mike Williams who was the best Rec on a national championship team to add to an already solid receiving core. Added Rayshawn Jenkins from Miami and Desmond King as DBs. They will be a force this upcoming year, mark my words. Just get no respect because they're playing in a "soccer stadium".

Chargers had a good draft, but how are a few rookies going to turn around a team that consistently blew leads? And to make matters worse? They are going to play in front of 30,000 people during home games, not that San Diego created much if any type of "Home Field Advantage".... But, playing in that Stadium likely isn't going to help or create any advantage for them... I hope the NFL regrets placing them inside that stadium, they could have found so many different places to play!

Steezus H Playing in San Diego they had more opposing team fans than home fans, at least season ticket holders and fans will fill the 30000 seat stadium, not opposing fans. The rookies will help, because you're leaving out the biggest reason as to why they did poorly last year which is injuries. They had 25 players on IR last year and going down to third string players at some positions ever since the first game at KC. With a healthy roster (Keenan Allen, Jason Verrett and Melvin Gordon are among players that have been hurt this last year) this team can get out of the AFC West. In conclusion, the 30000 seat stadium is actually beneficial, so they can actually fill the stadium with home fans and a healthy LA roster can do some damage in the league

I think the saints had a very underrated draft. First they get a need at corner with the best corner fall to them at 11. Then they lose out on Foster by get jumped by the 49ers so they go with their top o-line pick which is a solid pick since Strief is prolly leaving soon. Then in the second round the found their ball hawking pure FS they've been looking for and hoping Byrd would be. 3rd round they move up to get a running back who will actually contribute in our offense the way we've missed since Sproles was traded. Pick up a NFL starting caliber LB, only down fall is he is injury prone, then grab a underrated DE from FAU who could be a diamond in the rough. Final pick is another DE that could be a great rotational rusher! Then grabbing Travin Dural and Maulet as UDFA.

You were mostly right about Cooks there, Colin. He did not, indeed, have 1300 yards last year, but.... The first three WRs taken in the draft last year were Corey Davis (Titans), Mike Williams (Chargers), and John Ross (Bengals). They had a combined 45 receptions for 470 yards and ZERO touchdowns. Brandon Cooks outperformed all three by miles. He amassed 65 receptions, 1,082 yards, and scored 7 TDs. Pats got all that production from trading their 1st round pick. The Saints selected OL Ryan Ramczyk with that pick. Man I hate them, but the Pats are truly amazing at building a team.

My Pats did not draft a 1st round pick, they got Cooks. Kony Ealy, Rex Burkhead, and don't forget Gilmore!!!

I'll admit it for you Tampa fans y'all are looking to be a scary team next year Good luck during the season

Dallas Cowboys helped themselves immensely + Jaylon Smith last yr 2nd rnd plays this yr.

He should've added a "surprise" category, meaning which team did you expect to have an insignificant (or even a disastrous) draft day, but ended up having a productive draft? And/or a "most improved" category for teams that had a nonproductive draft the previous year, or have a history of horrendous picks (i.e. Cleveland, Detroit, Jacksonville). In either case, Cleveland should win. Even Browns' fans expected them to make poor draft choices. And even with Chicago trading up for Trubisky (which I believe played in Cleveland's favor), they recovered and made quality choices. They're finally building their O- and D-lines, filling holes in defense, possibly solved their TE issue, and chose a big, durable QB who can play in the AFC North. The only questionable pick was Caleb Brantley, which wouldn't have been questionable if not for the battery charge. Otherwise, he lines up next to Danny Shelton as they covert to Gregg Williams' 4-3. Garrett, Shelton, and Brantley would be part of a pass rushing D-line that would give Big Ben and Flacco problems, not to mention Jaime Collins coming off the outside.

They have a name for that period between The Super Bowl and August.... The Off-season.

I loved Joe Williams in college.

Browns actually drafted really well and got another first round pick for next year, they can pick up a QB next year

I seriously think the Vikings got a steal with Dalvin Cook. Definitely first round talent at second round price!

I'm going to sound incredibly biased since I'm a Cardinals fan. I truly believe the Cardinals had one of the best draft in terms of defense. In their first 2 draft picks, they got two defensive players that should make an immediate impact. Haason Reddick is considered one of the best hybrid players in the draft. He's a great pass rusher and OLB who can definitely transition to ILB. With the help of learning from Karlos Dansby, Deone Bucannon and (possibly) Daryl Washington, he should turn out to be great. Pretty much everyone is comparing him to Tyrann Mathieu. He is a perfect replacement for Tony Jefferson. Him and a healthy Tyrann Mathieu should really make the backfield a nightmare for QBs. 6th round pick S Rudy Ford is a hard hitter and resembles Deone Buccannon. The Cardinals also managed to add undrafted free agent CB SoJourn Shelton a star shutdown corner from Wisconsin, many assumed he went undrafted due to his small size. The Cardinals will have one of the best defenses in the league, I'd argue top 5.
