Does anyone now where I can get this I got a used radio from US and I'm in Canada and get get update for radio I need this update.. and I don't know Vin from donor car. Can anyone help me please.

I have a 2017 jeep grand Cherokee. They said it had navigation when I bought it but there was no icon on the dashboard. You have to pay the dealer for an activation code and you load it in and it activates your navigation. What a joke I complained to my dealer that it was false advertisement saying it had navigation when it does but it’s not activated and they activated it for me for free.
What are the benefits of this update?

Usually fix some security bugs, Improve stability of software to prevent software crush.
How can we buy the flash? The customer service in my country is trash 👎🏼

Believe you can download it online from uconnect (thru uconnect customers service) and copy it on your own flash drive

How did you get this update for free? And why does it have to be sent via snail mail? Seems like it would just be a simple download. They are trying to sell it to me for $99 which is ridiculous!

@@DZ-qj4yh Did your local dealer give you the update for free? I forked over the $99 to order it yesterday because mine has not been updated since I bought it in 2017. It's my third Grand Cherokee though.
