And here we are, finally in 2020, and I've found a touring l plus with 72k miles for under $20k. Love these vans but had to wait for them to age a bit before I'd purchase one.

Sonia Rodriguez do u notice there is a hick up when u come to a stop or using brake then step on gas seem to choke up on gas.it is feel differently from my normal car.

I just purchased a 2017 touring L plus, my wife had been looking at 3rd row SUVs because she wanted more room with the grand kids and we also have a child that's college bound but she wouldn't touch a minivan with a ten ft pole, I showed her the pacifica and she fell in love! Secretly I had been looking at both the Pacifica and the Toyota Sienna for a while and the Pacifica with its looks and tech also with its stow and go seating, i couldn't beat it, love the vehicle and thanks for the Video!

I just got a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus the other day and it's soo incredible!

Nice. I use a wheelchair and recently bought the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica in a Braunability wheelchair conversion. Terrific vehicle, you would never know it did not roll off the line directly from Chrysler. That would make a good review sometime.

The seats seem kind of thin, how comfort wise would they be on long trips. also do any of the minivan seats lay flat so a passenger could lay down for a nap while on the move. also, I was told by an owner of one is with the seats down you could get a sheet of plywood in there. That center seat in the second row is a nice option, but it would have been even better if the captain chairs had armrest on the inside when the center seat is removed. As it stands, the center seat is the armrest for the captain chairs. No center sear, no armrests. This is an issue that Honda corrected with the 2018 Odyssey, versus the previous generation.

Great review, Mike! The Pacifica sure is a great buy in this segment! Personally, it looks among the best in its class and has Chrysler's unbeatable UCONNECT system. Plus, those Stow and Go seats, it's hard to go wrong with this vehicle. The only area of concern may be the reliability of this vehicle since Chrysler hasn't really been on a roll of producing reliable vehicles. Keep up the great work, Mike! Also.... william ingram jr The responsiveness and the overall easy to use nature of the system... It is by far one of the most intuitive infotainment systems you can get in the market. That is if you can live without Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. I do agree with you though... The one thing it is seriously missing is AppleCarPlay and Android Auto. :-( Those additions would really edge out the system. Luckily, rumors are saying that FCA should be offering Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on the Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger/Challenger, the Pacifica and a few other vehicles throughout the FCA line up, in the coming years. DriveAndBeDriven thanks for the reply. yes I thought I read the new 300 has Android auto now. it's not too much of a deal, I'm still going to use my phone mounted on the dash. plus Google just released Android drive which I think is spot on.

That key fob is very nice. I like it over some others.

TBH this vehicle is too much. Too much tech, too much money, too much to break/go wrong. Why can't Chrysler make simple RELIABLE vehicles?

It's kinda funny you mention that because when I was selling cars it was near impossible to sell a new car that was plain and simple without a bunch of options. Even people on a tight budget would refuse a new car if it wasn't loaded... they would rather buy a used vehicle with more options than a new vehicle with less.

MikesCarInfo That's ridiculous. I would rather take a bone stock less tech less crap car then a fully loaded one with more stuff to break. Maybe I'm just a simple guy but I have a Versa with manual everything except the tranny and I absolutely love it. I don't have any tech or any problems with it. It's a fantastic car and I think car manufacturers should produce more. It would definitely lessen the in cabin distractions and have a more enjoyable driving experience. Just my opinion. Oh and great review btw.

I am about the same way. When I purchased my Challenger I wanted the super basic model. I added a spoiler and remote start so now it is just perfect for me.

MikesCarInfo Awesome! As long as you're happy man that's all that matters! I too, wouldn't mind a couple niceties such as the remote start but yeah too much is too much. I always say, when you have stuff that you'll never use it's always one more thing to break.

Update: FYI, for those who might be considering the the 2017 Pacifica Touring Plus in 2022, realize that you won't be able to use most of the uconnect services because it's equipped with 3g cell service and services like mobile hotspot, slacker, etc. Will not work and are not upgradable. Everything else works great though.

How do the third row passengers get back there??

I'm 14 and going to be 15 in less than 5 months but want to drive a town and country or a Chevy equinox from the second generation or a first generation GMC terrain when I have a license if I ever get one

Either the key is not inside the vehicle with the door shut or the battery in the key is not working.

very low. 5.1 inches. lower than the T&C. I think only the Odyssey sits lower (4.7 if I recall). Sedona sits at 6.7 being the highest and the Sienna at 6.1 if memory serves me well.
