you plugged in your ipod to play music could you play video or movies off it if you wanted? What about if you plugged an ipad into the hdmi on the back of the seat? Would that work?

I think this is the best Pacifica review I saw so far. But I have one question - do you know if the FM tuner can be set to work with Euriopean frequencies? In Europe, channels can be on any multiple of 100KHz, even or odd when in US FM broadcast channels are on the odd 200KHz frequencies . I'm thinking about buying Pacifica here in Europe because european minivans are boring and rather small:)

Concerning the rear LCD monitors, when you lift them they are on. Am I assuming correctly that they power off automatically when closed?

No, I was told by my dealer the Hybrid has something wrong with it and is not being shipped out at the moment. The Hybrid was recalled 3 days ago due to "Diode malfunctions." Something with the battery causing stalling. But Chrysler is fixing them for free, of course.

Yep there is a recall with the battery, Loss of power can occurs and also some charging problem! You plug it and after 1hrs, it stop. Too bad because we did 2.7L / 100k with the EV engine fully charged and after that 6.XL / 100km without any passenger or load but it's still an awsome number with this size of Van.

Hi - at 14:10 you say you can adjust units. Does this mean instrument cluster can display miles or kilometers depending on your choice? Can you confirm?

I wonder what was the point of making the Pacifica look more like a Minivan (Caravan)

Where's the other parts to this review? Which van is the best for inclement weather(snow, ice etc.)? Pacifica, Sienna AWD, Odyssey?

This is a BIG question: I am disabled and have an electric lift added to my 2017 Pacifica. My concern is that me/someone may open the liftgate "by accident" into my electric lift causing damage to my vehicle. Is there ANYWAY to disable the liftgate all together considering I will not be utilizing it? I rambled thru the UConnect display with no luck and pulled out the Owner's Manual with no luck! Please HELP! Thanks.

There should a button above the dash that says on and off. I know this shuts off the auto sliding doors it may sit of the liftgate as well

Why can't you get the panoramic sun roof with the second row third seat

The second row middle seat belt attaches to the roof. When there is a sunroof, there isn't a place for the seat belt to attach and therefore you can't get a sunroof and middle seat.

No AC seats up front?

I am strongly considering buying one. As for me, I have done my research and the Hybrid wouldn't be for me simply because you lose the 2nd row stow and go seats. That's a VERY important feature for me. Not just to hide the seats but for extra storage as well. I do have one question. If you do get the vacuum feature where does the spare tire go? Is it a little spare tire or a full size tire?

That's the problem with a fully loaded pacifica you lose the Spare tire, you can replace that option for the spare tire but you loose that cool vacuum. It's an 17'' inch inflatable tire.

Then that's a no brainer...a spare tire. WOW, I can't believe they didn't at least include a spare regardless of the vac. You have to have a spare.

There is an air compressor built in to re-inflate if you chose to skip the spare and opt for the vacuum.
