What happened to this pageant? I remembered when I was a kid, this pageant makes national headlines. Now its looks cheap! What production have binders and papers.

It seemed like there was a lot of awkward interaction between the hosts.

I sometimes forgot that they're just teens.

I'm a big fan of Savannah and her family. If you look past all the producer bs that is reality tv, you can tell from their show that she's really hardworking and ambitious, and she's working so hard to make her dreams a reality.

The Carolinas always enter the semifinals. Alabama is also showing great potential. The Dakotas are least succesful.

The active wear was actually very good and i think it gives the contestants even more space to show that they enjoy the stage and play....

Miss Teen USA 2016 (Karlie Hay) isn't bad, she actually had the fittest body out of all the semifinalists (god I wish I had those abs!) But Katherine Haik (Miss Teen USA 2015) is seriously 1 in a million. She is so graceful and reminds me of the classy 80s and 90s pageant winners. She actually looks a lot like a young Brooke Shields mixed in with some Tiffani Thiessen. She is sooooo beautiful, gracious, tall, intelligent, and so young too omg. She's actually 2.5 years younger than the current winner, but is very mature for her age. Things will only get better for her. I really hope that when she comes of age, she tries out for Miss USA and ultimately win and become Miss Universe. I think she definitely has a great chance of bringing the crown to the USA.

Maybe it was nerves but did anyone get that " Dumb Blonde " vibe when the F5 had to answer the judge's questions except for Karlie. She seemed the most confident . The last question asked was kind of unfair IMO though. You don't ask a teen a question about the campaigning and voting process needing to change when they have never voted before. They have no idea how the process works. The F5 proved that they were probably one of the freshest, raw and inexperienced group of girls that made it to the end in a long time. These five girls were really in that " All American Teen " category.

Miss Texas was surely the winner ... She looks fresh, smart, confident and lovely. The problems with the rest of the contestants were ... Evening gowns competition, they should learn what to compliment their body and to choose the color for their gowns... Some looked awkward and completely didn't compliment their figures ! Texas was the only one who looked confident and her gown was beautiful. Q & A competition, some were good but Texas stood out ... Active wear competition ? Why ? Why not swimwear ? But all in all this pageant was great ... And all the contestants would come home with great memories... They were all winners from their states . Congratulations to Miss Texas !
