Moreflying1 I finally got a s1000rr m, I got ride it for 3 weeks and Australia went Into lock down, due to the Corona virus, so riding, and if you do ride it’s a 1300 dollar fine

Cheers mate tanks a lot ,,, I found your channel very helpful ,,, I only bought this bike 2 days ago now ,,, and was alittle worried about setting it up because it was abit confusing was all ... and didn't want to be messing with anything I wasn't sure about !!!! When you come off an older bike that hasn't got no where near as much stuff as this bike has it's abit confusing if you no what I mean !!! Tanks again doh 👍

Glad the vids help out. I understand not wanting to mess up your settings. I'd feel the same way. My Aprilia RSV4 was loaded with rider tech aids but my other bikes were non tech supported...My GSXR 1000 K6 doesn't even have ride modes. Except one....savage. So, I totally understand.

Just a quick question brother ,, I just bought a new s1000rr yesterday and was wondering on the screen what (off limit) means on the dash ??? Any reason why it says that ??? I just seen it on yours aswell !!!!

Off limit means the feature is activated to use but no speed limit has been set by you. Therefore, a warning will not be given. press trip will begin the process.

non-related question, does your S1000rr run super hot as well? freeway speeds my temp is normal but it's like sitting on a space heater.

It does get hot on the inner legs for me when it's hot out...95-100+. High compression little power brick between the legs. My Aprilia was worse. I would shut it off at long stop signals. It's the nature of the beast. I test rode the demo bike on a 105 deg day. I really felt the heat that day. Signed papers when I got back...

I have the 2015 s1000rr... this feature seems utterly useless....if i want to know the speed ill look down at the speedo. Is it so I know if I go over the speed limit?...so the cops don't get me...lol....I just don't get the purpose this feature serves.
