That '61 chevy was stunning!!
A 1959 Chrysler New Yorker 4-door hardtop with Hemi V-8 engine, and a two tone paint job, as well as rear mounted radio antennas. Only 12,468 built, in 1959, a popular body style, more output then a 2-door hardtop. However a 4-door pillared sedan is the most body style is the most body style of that year, selling other body styles by a 2 to 1 margin.
Fantastic car. But those wheels are simply Gorgeous.

blown away by those rims, truly an art deco masterpiece...stunning.
The last done is the first seen & Charlie Hutton is the man. When Boyd Coddington employed him he didn't appreciate how good this guy was. Fabulous car,exceptional paint!
The paint of the Olds is the absolutely hammer. Very sympathic owners and builders, all of them are done very fine work. That are not body shops what they have, they have art studios. And my favorite makes it, that is great.

Dude , there was a huge missled 10:53 there. How the heck he put mercedes on that 1930's american automobile designs and these ridler put them on big 8 ??!

They need a completion where it separate the home build from shop builds I'm sorry you can throw enough money at something and have a winner but to build it to that quality on your own is the real accomplishment

Loved the winning car. Can't say the same thing about the RICH owner. He'd been trying to BUY the Ridler award for 5 years just to satisfy his ego. Then he talks about the Lord's blessing.

I am glad there are peple with deep pockets. Cars like this would not exist without them. try building a car with a hacksaw and a pair of pliers. this is a very expensive hobby my friend.
