Thanks for uploading! Good videos! Do you think you pull the clutch housing with the engine still installed? I think my one way bearing is making noise.

I’m just trying to replace belt, and can’t get secondary to come off with primary. Another video I watched they just took off retaining nuts and pulled them. I watched your video and tried the 2 bolts still nothing???

If you are just trying to spread the sheaves in order to remove the belt, you need to use the bolts.

How did you remove the clutch from the cvt case. I had 6 of my bolts snap off when I was going to change my belt. I have a new inner cvt case but need to know how to remove the clutch from the cvt case.

As far as the primary and secondary clutch, use an impact to remove the two nuts. If they don’t slide right off, tap on them with a rubber mallet and that should help. The inner clutch case is a bit more stubborn to remove but it takes patience and some more tapping with a rubber mallet. Hope this helps, if not please let me know.

You probably could. However, if the housing doesn’t clear, you may have to loosen the engine mount and raise the engine slightly.
