Amazing!! She is very well put together to be 15! I am happy that she won!! This is Miss Teen USA after all! The older girls should go on ahead and enter Miss USA! I saw a few contestants that were 19 years old!! The Winner should be a happy fun teenager!!! Some of these girls try to be so grown up and they don't do very well bc this is a TEEN PAGEANT!! I love that Miss Louisiana won and I love that she is only 15! They should only allow teens from 13-17 to enter this pageant!! A 19 year old belongs in The Miss USA Pageant.

Just looked up Katherine on wikipedia and the pageant and it states that she was the youngest and only 15 year old in the competition. There were others that were 19 and 18 and in college. Katherine was amazingly poised at such a young age. Congrats!

As a 16 year old girl watching this I think I should go on a diet but that chocolate looks really good.

I really think pageants in America are more of a White person thing anyways. Let alone, there are more White people in America than any other race. But seriously, most people would say that the 2015 winner is gorgeous and she seems very intelligent too. So I don't think there is an issue at all. And you make "long wavy hair and model physique" sound like it's a bad thing lol. I think most people would want to look like a model if they could. No one wants to be born unattractive, some just have to live with it. Anyways, my point is, we shouldn't be picking minorities to win just because of their race...

While revealing the final 5 results, we realized that Miss California seemed to really want this. She did well and was a gracious runner-up. Miss Louisiana seemed to just be enjoying the moment and not stressing out at all. That was awesome for her and so young. Congrats, Miss Louisiana!

Tall might not believe me but me an Katherine to school together, we live in franklinon Louisiana, she's one of the greatest you'll ever meet and talk to, and her singing the presidents, yea that was our history teacher named coach Martin he made everything into a song lol, but yes franklinton is one of the smallest towns ever lol but it's still home to all of us

I have no problem with my daughter entering pageants as long as she keeps her grades up and keeps raking in that cash for college. I support my daughter in whatever she wants to do and Her mother and I have never pushed her to be in a pageant, it is all her choice! I hope she is able to get here one day.

bend over if lusting after/marrying/knocking up 13 year olds is normal, why is it illegal? I'm not even saying it's abnormal. But it's completely hypocritical to sell/advocate softcore porn of minors while also condemning jacking off to said material. these paegents are a reminder that the morals of both country and individual are inexistent, broken whenever they're inconvienent. that and the princess complexes of the winners and probable eating disorders to anyone who ISN't the winner.

Here are 10 reasons why I thought Miss Teen USA beauty pageant show was very depressing and bored to watch. 1. They should bring Miss Teen USA back to America. 2. Bahamas Island is absolutely a great place to host the show, but not every year. 3. It's very expensive for people to attend a beauty pageant in Bahamas such as airline tickets, hotels $400 up per night, and food. 4. The stage was so small and ugly background like a local fashion or pageant show 5. Lacking of singers and dancers 6. Few audiences 7. All the girls wear very similar evening gown by Sherri Hill. Some of her evening gowns are ugly. I thought they were in fashion show not beauty pageant show. 8. Same judges during both preliminary and final show. Ridiculous! 9. ugly swimsuit 10. Miss Teen USA new crown was ugly. Miss Universe Organization had no taste by chosen a wrong designer. Overall, I was very please with the final result and my favorite girl from Louisiana took home the crown.

+Avery Huffer ACTUALLY, if you want to go back to the Miss USA pageant, I WAS THE PERSON WHO SUBMITTED THE FINAL QUESTION...YES, ME...and I think that she did think about and answer that question very well! You do know that they were ALL present at the Miss USA Pageant and they heard the then.....and I guarantee every contestant thought of how they would answer that question themselves. Rosa Parks is a great person as per the problems that we are having as a nation concerning race relations, the shooting here in South Carolina that took 9 innocent lives and was racially motivated and the removal of the Confederate flag on the SC Statehouse grounds, to me, were big factors in her answer. Even Miss Tennessee answered that the founding fathers should have not put the Articles of the Confederation in the original Constitution. I am so proud of these young ladies and their views of one America. (When I authored the question, personally, my answer would have been Eleanor Roosevelt to be the first woman on the $10 bill bc of her early and bold views as she was among the FIRST EVER delegation from the USA to be sent to the First EVER meeting of the United Nations and the only woman there and she did more for the progression of woman and civil rights ON A WORLD WIDE STAGE in the United Nations. She was for civil rights and womens rights long before JFK was even President!!!

she is gorgeous intelligent and so pretty she looks like the late Ms. Melody Gersbach Miss Philippines-International 2009 who landed in top 15 in miss international pageant in that same year but sadly her untimely death on freak car accident a year after. she is so pretty like miss louisiana this year winner of miss teen usa. congrats to her!!! she really deserved that crown.

I don't know much else about her, but she should have at least made it to the top 5. And Arizona won the swimsuit portion, for me, and also should have been in the top 5.

+Mikkie M - And which portion of the pageant shows how genuine a person they are? The singing and dancing? The evening gown? The swimsuit? This is a beauty pageant. Things like beauty, poise, grace under pressure, and fitness are the things by which these girls are being judged. Being a genuine person gets you a Congeniality trophy, not a crown. It's okay to admit that beauty pageants are about beauty, even in this politically correct day and age. Beauty, especially female beauty, will always be a part of human culture. There's nothing wrong with appreciating and celebrating it.

I predicted Miss Louisiana Teen USA will win Miss Teen USA 2015 and I was 100% right. She is absolutely stunning like a Barbie doll. She deserved the crown. The show was very depressing and bored to death. It was not fair that they have the same judges in both preliminary and final shows. Look like they knew who they chose the winner before the show. I don't think Miss Massachusetts and Miss North Carolina should be in the top 5. They both are cute, but I would rather choose Miss Missouri and Miss Pennsylvania. Miss California has a killer body. I was completely happy for Katherine Haik and she brought back to Louisiana a second title holders as Miss Teen USA.

Santi Santz Something I learned in an interpersonal communication class was that different cultures may have different communication styles that come off as "rude" or "too friendly" to other cultures.
