It’s quite simple. Nyjah is the biggest competitor at every event and carries a winner’s mindset. His runs are perfectly calculated to maximize the number of tricks included to the second. He also takes note of the tricks that are getting scored well and often does a variation of the trick that is slightly more technical or entirely more complex. The dude is a master mind and the crowds often hate him for it. He has the skill and formula to win consistently and dominate the sport as he has continued to do over the past decade.Truth is, other skaters need to up their game if they want to outperform him in the 2020s.

Luan Oliveira and Shane O'neill have something in common, they skate in a contest like they skate on the streets, they are about the style and pride of doing a hard ass trick, they were eliminated but they went out shooting!!

Tom Chapman Nyjah skated way more consistent in the flow section. The winner deserves to win, but everyone wants to give the upset to Pudwill. He almost literally ate his board at that last attempt from Nyjah :D

Luan and Shane getting taken out early is insane. Wtf did I just watch.

I have to admit that I'm not quite happy about Nyjah winnig again. On the other hand I have to say that he deserved to win. He kept his nerves and he even tried a hard trick to finish it. Of course they can all skate. If not they wouldn't compete for the SB Super Crown. But still, Nyjah can skate AND temper his nerves. In my personal opinion that's something special and I personally think that's his key to success.

***** is that such a bad thing? Hes been skating since he was mearly a kid and sponsored by Element since he was 11 i believe. Skating is life in his family and his dad made him skate every day it becomes second nature and pure muscle memory at some point and thus he can skate like clockwork

Player Equinox There's a solution for that. They can get better than him and win all the events themselves. I'm not saying everyone has to like him. Opinions vary from person to person. But I personally feel like if you hate someone because they're good at what they do, and you yourself aren't trying to beat them, you're actually just a sad person. (Not you personally obviously. I couldn't think how else to phrase that sentence. English is indeed my first language and I still suck at it)

I think the judges and promotion kind of did it to him. While not every time, it's debatable that he's received favoritism in multiple contests with bad judging. He can't exactly help what the judges decide to give him
