It was a back tail backside flip. And I’m assuming the judges gave him extra points for going backwards on both tricks. But it definitely is kinda shady.

From my personal experience a back tail is harder to get into then a noseslide. But a bigspin heel out of a noseslide is way harder then a B's flip out of a tailslide.

@@spacepirate9877 For the runs I actually thought he was scored too high. Maybe not the first one(7.7) but I def don’t think he deserved 8.1 for his second run. He had like 5 tricks & none of them were more than basic. Compared to Torey’s run which was insane, probably had 8-9 tricks which were much more difficult & he only got .5 higher than Ortiz’s weak second run. Shane O’Neils first run was only an 8.3 and it was waaaaay better than Chaz’s run

I also asked Alec Majerus for his hat and he kicked it to me. amazing era of skateboarding. i think dana white was at this one too.

Handrail ninja huston should throw shane 10% for the board rental lol...he might not have won if it wasn't for him...on the nine club renolds talks about how this happened to manny Santiago at a contest worth 160k in prize . Andrew said he was tempted to lend him his board but then relized manny was the only person standing in his way...he also said all the street league guys were locked into a contract with SL so manny was literally the only person renolds was worried about cuz nobody else who usually destroy contest were there.suffice to say he didn't lend him his board n ended up winning lol...Andrew literally says something like "nijah n the street league guys weren't there n I thought, DAMN! I can actually fucking do this. I think I can actually win this one"....just goes to show how good the guys are nowadays if andrew freakin renolds himself just assumes he has no chance if guys like Olivera, huston, oniel,Rodriguez, cole to name a few off top, are at the contest

since he has won so many in a row u'd think they'd just tell him not to compete in the next one so that others actually battle it out for first

Big fan of all these guys but these judges were ripping guys off all day! Luan's kickflip manual ollie up to nose manual to nollie flip out only gets a 8.9..?? I thought that was worthy of at least a 9 club trick!

Lol the irony of you telling me to get over myself is almost overwhelming. You're the one who came riding in on your high ass horse to comment on something that didn't concern you at all. You started this so if you can't handle what you dish out I suggest you just keep your lame ass comments to yourself next time.
