2014 Cruze No Crank No Comm How I diagnosed the problem and fixed.

2014 Cruze stick shift. This is a example of how a technician may have to fix other mechanics faults to get to the bottom of the situation or back to the original problem..

Hello, in this video is really good content that demonstrates a great deal of determination to narrow down the cause of a stalling, no crank vehicle. It is very reassuring that you used a multi-meter to thoroughly decipher electrical flow thru the wiring hanress. It is impressive that rather than buy a new wiring harness, there was stil enough internal mental reserve and physcial capcity to remove one from a another vehicle. Thanks for showing the benefit of exercising patience, knowledge, and persistence to bring the Cruze back gto life.

Thx for being so detailed on how you went through this problem, certainly learned some knowledge in how to go through the CAN system, just had this same problem but only found it by luck, looked in that connector because i noticed carpet still very wet months after snow is gone here and was most likely place to find a corroded terminal or 2

Looks like the stereo install caused tons of problems likely from the mods to the wiring and the vibrations too. That line level converter next to the corroded terminals was definitely related to each other.
