Great insights on the hose order and the intercooler! The torque value for the oil cooler "fix bolt" is 36.8 - 41.2 ft-lb. The oil filter mounts to that center bolt and all the torquing of the filters on and off takes a toll on the tightness. Sometimes, it's as simple as a re-torque. As oil gets old/used, it gets acidic, so gaskets can start to go. If you need to change the gasket, you can pinch the two coolant lines off with something appropriate for those hoses (not sharp) and change that gasket instead of draining the radiator too (little mess instead of giant mess). I suggest using the right coolant to top off too. People assume green coolant is green coolant.... wrong.

@@n.a.k4321 you mean cooler lines? Mine are oil lines on the outside 😆 someone mentioned a charge line?? Dont know if that's what its called.. but they said to remove it to have more room to get the hoses off. Do you know what that is?

@@3fitzgrld you are correct they are cooler lines they have antifreeze running throughout them. And all I had to do was remove them it took some time but i didn't bother removing anything else I say when you get under the car you will see the best way for you to get it done just take your time and be careful

once you locate the oil cooler, you'll see a drip line down the side or front of it that how you'll know for sure or drop so cardboard down to see where the leak is coming from. Check oil bolt first if thats tight, and not leaking, it's would most likely be oil cooler, and truly, the worst part is getting the squeeze clips off

@@n.a.k4321 I don’t think anything can be worse than working with a Honda Element. Everything’s so compacted and out of reach but when u have all the tools and a dad to help stuff can be pretty annoying but not as annoying as struggling to change it by yourself. Hoping it’s not nearly as chaotic as other work I’ve done on my old Honda. Fingers crossed. Y’all are really making it sound terrible 🥲 I’ll give my input once I work with the oil cooler. 😅

@@n.a.k4321 right off the bat if you want a shelf tune that you can just throw on and off (assuming you have the necessary equipment) i would recommend SXTH. Due to their support & precision. DO NOT GO TO BTR, I've had the worst tuning experience with them. I currently have 2 privste tuners im working with and may be able to set you up with either of them. One is in the states, the other is in the UK, but can shoot flames loll
