Man nice to see a good looking corolla! Love these generation corollas over the new ones

Where did you buy the TRD air box and induction tube? I don’t see it on the Toyota parts website for 2013 corolla, or am I mistaken? Do you use the performance air filter as well?

you can but the TRD airbox for the 2018 Toyota Corolla iM, these cars and the iM share the same intake box. i do not use oiled filters that come with the kit because they are bad for the engine, the regualr OEM paper filter works perfect/better

How loud was it the exhaust did it have any drone in the car and can or did you remove the resonator for more sound?.. I like a little loud but not annoying

for a daily driver it is perfect in my opinion, wasn't really droney at all. and there may be a small resonator on the midpipe you can delete, I know there is also an un-monitiored catalytic converter on the midpipe you can delete as well but personally id leave them both as just replacing the Axle-Back like i did here is the best of all worlds, again, for a daily driver with little to no drone. cheers

I am looking at this exhaust for my 2012 corolla. It being an axle back exhaust, it doesnt throw engine codes right? Since you shouldnt be messing with any o2 sensors. Does Not change how the car ran? I am just looking for something to make the car sound different. Thanks in advance.

Nope, just straight bolted on, doesn't require any tuning or nothing like that. Fitment was perfect as well. But I would highly recommend getting new installation hardware from Toyota, meaning two new bolts with the springs that go with it, and a new donut exhaust gasket and you should be set to go. Cheers

Where did you get the wheels? I have the same car and would love to get those wheels. Do you think I will have to do modifications or will they fit just fine?

i bought them new from the toyota dealership. they are the 11th gen corolla special edition wheels

I wanna ask you if you have steel headers and if you do where you got em, did you delete the resonator or did you replace the exhaust with a borla exhaust or catback and did you put the cold air intake…i just have a borla exhaust and sounds nice but i want it to sound better…

the entire exhaust was stock except for the borla axle back section. and it had a TRD air intake (upper portion of the box & intake tube) from a corolla/Scion iM with a stock air filter.

i used the TRD one for a toyota/scion corolla iM. its the same shared engine. to get it to work you just have to slighlty bend one of the stock air box metal clamps slighlty during the install so when you clamp the box down you get a nice solid feeling click. worked like a charm.

Did you felt any difference in the hp? You should get it dyno tuned its worth it.

Nah, no difference, it's purely for sound and a nicer looking exhaust tip, and it's not really worth tuning a car that's otherwise stock that also barely has next to no tuning support as well. Also, it's just my daily driver I use to get back and forth to work.

Where can i get those TRD red letters? Those comes with the original Camry trd

Almost 96k miles on it with a cold air intake and it runs smooth like butter, no hick ups and there’s barely any maintenance

yes, it should fit just fine, as long as it is an S trim level the borla Axle-Back should fit

My only concern is going 80 its reved out to 3500+ rpm id think it would be stupid loud

nah, that borla muffler is quiet. hardly any drone at all if the remainder of the exhaust system is left stock

no i dont unfortunately. and i had it for less than a year, sold for a 2020 corolla hatchback 6MT
