Amazing cars. I have a 450h luxury (which here in europe comes with the big 356mm brakes) and it's amazing. It's a keeper.

I never owned one, but loved the porportions of the rear and 3/4 view. Great review Kevin.

So I have a 2015 450h F-sport, dealer wants to offer me 20k trade in from a unicorn -> ES 350 :D

Is it wort upgrading from my GS450H to an ES300H in terms of comfort and power?

You will be upgrading comfort and the fact you have a new car under warranty but you will not be upgrading power, it'll be a downgrade in power. ES is not sporty at all it's an impressive cloud.

Yea I'm not surprised my friend these are some rare cars and Lexus just doesn't seem to be as popular in Europe to begin with. Here in the States there is a decent supply of the 350 V6 models

The MK4 GS in general is very rare here. We dont get the GS350 over here due to emissions restrictions, instead we get the GS250 which is what I own. When I was shopping for one there was only 10 for sale in the entire UK! I got very lucky finding one within 25 miles of me with ML, Full dealer history etc the usual things you'd want. Now by comparison the current gen ES seems to very very popular, theres usually around 200 to choose from on Autotrader despite being much newer. This is of course in contrast to the tens of thousands of 5 Series you can normally choose from. Still very much a niche choice over here. @@MeynMotorGroup

I have the 2018 RWD Ultra White F Sport.

I drive a 2014 gs450 top of the range model,Australia After 3 years and putting 80’000km i would say it is an excellent car ; very fast ,effortlessly ,insanely good fuel economy, well built BUT It is is incredibly stiff both in suspension and the seat cushioning for a mid size luxury non f sport car. Iam not sure if it is a lexus leather hardening issue or is it just the gs! I feel that the new Es is almost as good to drive albeit with a much softer ride . The Gs desperately needed air suspension or a softer suspension tune for the non f sport models. The gs is stiffer than the E class and 5 series

I think there is something wrong with your suspension my friend. No GS I've tested felt like that and I've driven nearly 10 of these

I think it is me who always compare modern cars to 1980 buicks which were road boats The ls460 that everyone says is a boat, i see as barely soft enough

I wished they offered the fog lights here in America

I always wanted one of these
