Yes but having a longer ratio would be inefficient as he won't always have slipstream + drs. He was also still faster than Button so there is just enough top speed to make a good overtake.

Vettel lost 10 or 20 seconds penalty. He finish in P2, but after the penalty finish em P5.

BUT THEN, they won a race again this year and are beating their engine supplier’s factory team. Red Bull, McLaren, and Ferrari are the top 3 teams again, just like the early 2010s. I guess McLaren are worth something again, don’t you think?

@@McLMP4-23 Not really. In 2012 they were championship contenders. Now only RedBull gets to win anything

@@FranciscoFJM fair enough, there’s still some improvement to be made and it will take a little more time. But based on what we’ve seen over the last 3 races, at least McLaren and Ferrari have a chance. While they still win a lot, Red Bull aren’t the invincible juggernaut they were last year.
