Thank you so much for the tip. Shaved my pad ears down and they work much better now instead of dragging. The brake pads i had were from autozone and it was super tight getting them into the slots.

Folks, I always grab empty flat TV boxes when I see them. Protects the floor, folded over, can act as a butt pad, and you can visually see bolts and parts clearly.
