That DoubleTake dash isn't cheap (bonus!). I've seen a lot of chatter about Alpha bodies peeling, but (knock on cheap plastic) mine is still doing well after 2+ years. You're not wrong about the ugly brush guard, but when you go with the winch it's the only option. Sweet find! Congrats!

Ive thought about that. I have some other honey holes as well.

Cant wait for you to get into the Navitas carts. Really interested in them. If you can get into all the components and see if they can be swapped with Ezgo parts, steering rack, suspension parts, other parts you may have to swap out in the future that would be great. I've searched KZread for any info but haven't really been able to find much.

@@Fentertainment no, the Navitas golf carts, the ones with frames and suspension components along with the motor and controller. Am interested in either buying the Navitas package and finish building one or buying one built from someone selling them. My main concern is will I be able to get parts down the road when they need replacement, suspension parts, steering parts, etc. Curious if they are compatible with Ezgo or another manufacturer.

A while ago had a video showing you help your neighbor put a Cenerius battery in DS. Did the same thing to mine and now it appears to be eating more any ideas?

Finding a supplier is the key to making a profit on carts. My old supplier tossed me some carts that just needed a bath and lipstick. 😆

They dont come around often, so you know you have to take full advantage of them when they do. I feel like I need to scoop up the limo but I have no use for it. I especially hate gas.

@Fentertainment yessir trust me I know, my supplier sold their dealership a year ago and I've been struggling to find any worth a damn for a decent price. I did find a new supplier that is selling those China carts and they've got a ton of trade ins . I just got two 2017 precedents efi for under $2k non running. I love gas carts and sparky carts also but gas is my favorite.

@Fentertainment they've already flooded the market down here in S. Florida. I know a guy that became a multi millionaire in two years selling them. Gas or electric sell good in my area so I've had to become good at both. Gas carts need Air , Fuel and Spark to work that's it. Electric carts have way more issues with wiring or the batteries but if you have them available like you do it's much cheaper and easier. Electric or Gas is just personal preference on the buyer and what their going to use the cart for. Most camp grounds and state parks are banning Gas carts so it just depends on the H.O.A. rules or what the customer is wanting to do. End of the day if you have parts available on whatever you get and you get the cart for cheap with the minimal amount of work to get it running and looking nice you'll be profiting all day. 😉

@@mrdee423 I used to have a different channel back in the day doing lawn mower fixes. I got tired of smelling like gas but I get it. Those are easier to find especially on trash days. I ended that channel years ago and wish I wouldve left it up. Ive thought about starting it again. I agree tho about the 3 things you need Ive always said fuel spark & compression. I guess every gas cart ive found has had low compression. There is one on my local marketplace now for 500. I was going to throw a bottom dollar at it but havent yet. I bought the 2021 yamaha quiettech from this video for a future video for $50. I said missing carburetor but that cart is efi missing a throttle body. The TB is expensive and Ive thought about trying to make a carb conversion on it because they are much cheaper. Idk..... I got it just because the rear end is independent suspension. Maybe we can make some type of video from it.
