Refitting the cylinder head to a cheap project 1.0litre corsa -
New head gasket, new timing chain kit, 2 x hydraulic lifters inlet side replaced that were knackered and ticking. Also 1 inlet valve replaced as it was damaged.
Forgot to fit the cam chain cover gasket before fitting the new chain - had to take it back off again to fit the gasket! 😂
Runs like new, just needs a coolant flush and an oil and filter change now with a service to complete it 👍🏼
