Own a 2008 v6 limited, still runs perfectly at 125k, just had the sparks replaced. Battery replacement, Coolant change and regular maintenance is all I've done since buying this car new. Just had it detailed so it looks and runs great. Thinking of lifting it and turning it into offroad machine for camping...

Wow, I have the same exact Rav4 V6 Limited. Except I have the FWD. And this thing is fast from a dig and really when you’re rolling it thrusts forward with some serious Ump!

I bought my 2008 rav4 limited v6 with 130k miles for 7400$. So far I’ve changed the brakes and rotors, serpentine belt, transmission fluid, front and rear shocks. It drives like a new car!

@@bjornegan6421 it’s still great no check engine lights since I’ve owned it. I did the spark plugs too. I’m at 160k miles now!

CD is key! ...then adjust bass and treble again. Sounds like a whole new Stereo :)

@@AmericaBumpertoBumper I have an 08 I4 and it is a damn turd. Fuel mileage is horrible on it. Anymore the speed limit on hwys where I live is 75 so you're going 80. Won't get more than 22mpg maybe 23 in summer in perfect conditions. The 4 speed is anemic and the RPMS are over 3000 at 80. I think 3200. I bet the V6 actually gets better fuel mileage

Sure does. Drove delivery for them for 4 years. Pissed that Flowers is just killing them off.

The v6 without tow package (upgraded radiator, fan, alternator etc) is only 1500lb and with the package 3500lb

used to have 05 camry over 300k orig starter alternator radiator front end just tires brakes oil 3k no cooland or transmission change either oh yea and thermastat with engine mount . I killed it after i put lucas in transmission to make it smoother and next day dead i developed minor slippage was reason for use . Now i got the rav 4 I wont ever use lucas anymore only fuel inject cleaner never the trans fix .

I had one that did 250,000 miles with regular maintenance. Stopped driving due to rust. Great cars. Good luck with yours

The 2.4L 4cyl. 2AZ-FE is junk. Buy 55 gallon drums of oil! Buyer Beware!

Depends. 4cyl is in the 20-25 range. 6cyl not as good.

I got mine for 9,000 with 132,000 miles
