FYI, it is surface-mounted LED panel. No way you can install after market LED bulbs.

The less are soldiered in the board. I did a crosstour swap and had no issues. You can change the less but you have to unsolder them then solder in the new ones it’s a pain.

Its possible I got it off but you have to be damn good atsoldering and desoldering there are loads of little lights and they are all soldered onto a circuit board

Why is your gas gauge pointing down? Shouldnt it just fall to E when the car is off ?

I notice the gas gauge needle sits that low when the vehicle is of is that normal?

Yes. There's like 8 clear plastic tabs that you have to work off their latches. It's like a $25 part to replace. The pro tip is to never touch the plastic to clean it...pretty much any cloth will scratch it. Blow air on it only.

I have a 07 Honda Civic with 86k miles, some of my gauges quit working and now I would like to replace my instrument cluster. I found one online but the mileage is much higher than my mileage on my car. I wanted to know if I put the new cluster in, will it display my original mileage or will it display the higher mileage from the new cluster?

If my check engine bulb is blowed can I replace it or is it one of the LED lights that you say is not possible to do? I have a 2008 honda accord exl couple and needs to replace the check engine light for it to pass inspection........Thanks in advance

Same exact problem with the same car. Just failed emissions cause of it, it’s bs but I have to go through that much work to get to it?

Question: You mentioned no way to change the bulb. If I'm looking to put in a colored bulb is my best option to just buy an aftermarket/upgraded/replacement instrument cluster module as a whole new piece?

Aftermarket! Factory has surfaced mounted led lights and u would have to use soldering gun to desolder factory color led and then solder new ones in. Aftermarket color cluster panel has it already done

croki809 nope the mileage is stored in the ECU when you connect a new odometer it will transfer your old mileage

Could someone figure out what my problem is? The backlight of the radio buttons died (not the green bright ones, the green ones that light up the radio buttons in the dark that you can see) I replaced the bulbs and it worked. The lights died again 3 months later and I don't get what the problem is. I have a 2011 accord 4 cyl

Rey F hey I have the same issue and I think it might be your multiplex unit attached to your fuse box . I’m trying to figure out if there’s a way to jump the connection like the earlier models How did u figured it out ?

Is it possible to replace the blubs in the center console dash? Almost all of my bulbs are burned out. I have a 2009 Honda Accord LX

Thats unfortunate... Right when I find a guide to taking out the instrument panel cluster, I find out its super complicated to change the LEDs... Sucks

i was searching for something like this... accord crosstour gauges is similar to accord sedan but with blue laser light ( in my opinion way better than sedan gauges) is it possible to change the panel of crosstour to the accord sedan ??? i think it's the same size but i don't know about the back clip connection ...

yes,a lot of sites is talking about the possibility of changing the gauges with no issues but you need to change the mileage on the new cluster ( accord crosstour not CRV ) models 08 09 10 -- 11 12 " tiptronic "

If you're motivated you can. I just showed how to properly remove.

What do you mean there’s no access bro just spin the speed temperature indicators and they unscrew off and you have acces to all the bulbs. They are soldiered in so you would have to do that process.

so theres no way to change to led's on a honda accord 2009?

the Gauges on my 09 overlap each other not the same as here? different gauges, can the cluster be removed as shown here? if you find somewhere where its shown done please send me the link i was going to replace the dash bulbs..cant find anyone here doing a 09

Blur out your license plates............too many people can do way too many bad things with that information.

2009 odyssey bulbs are not replaceable removed found the circuit board don't have the bulb clip from the old odyssey you have to replaced the panel cluster itself and they don't have bulb replacement if you check the dealership they don't carry those.

Interesting video am a mechanic if you can be helping time to time

Bummer we cant change the lights. Looks like some electrical tape over the tpms light will have to do 🤷‍♂️
