I'm rewatching every performance of them I can find cos I feel empty not seeing them skating at this year's Winter Olympics. It just wasn't the same without them... _sighs_

My Goodness! They were fantastic from a young age. If Tessa Virtue was an excellent dancer, Scott was not far behind. Scott has the art of dancing in his body, he mastered ice skating, he had what we usually call, in metaphorical terms, "the blood in his gills", he imposed the appropriate rhythm to the different dance steps, sometimes full of "grit", and determination, sometimes all smooth and flirtatious, in both cases leading Tessa wonderfully. And, after having seen Scott and Tessa’s performances throughout their career, I seem to conclude the following. This couple of skaters were very innovative in the Art of Figure Skating, because they were not afraid or complex to be themselves, to express all their sensuality and musicality in their displays, but, in all cases doing so with immense elegance. Much, or almost everything, that Scott and Tessa did on the ice, seems to be a result of their personality characteristics and skills, also the result of a lot of spontaneity in his way of being, but also accompanied by the way they knew how to use their talents with a high level of emotional intelligence. My sincere wishes that they will both be very happy in their future lives .

Wow, they were incredible even then! Love them so much!
