What an elegant dance with a matching outfit of Tessa and Scott....i love it to the max...

Early on in their career they were truly at their best and constantly underscored in my opinion. It's really sad to watch the kiss and cry sections most times during their early career. They were truly fantastic and darn near perfect 95% of the time.

Beautifully done Golden Waltz. Scott has such nice frame and posture. He has a very solid upper body, strong back position, no rounded shoulders, and importantly, his shoulders never rise up, he keeps them down. Super job on this CD 👍👏👏👏

Он так уверенно и надежно ведёт ее в танце отчетливо выражая свою силу и мужественность и в тоже время так нежно и трепетно держится с ней выражая свою преданность ей и любовь каждым взглядом и каждым движением невероятно чувственного тела охраняя оберегая защищая но не ограничивая в свободе. Грищук и Платов очень технично и очень ровно катали золотой вальс казалось как то немного рафинированно на показ, а здесь чувствуется буйный огонь молодых сердец которые просто танцем выражают свои эмоции в них волнение и взлеты возвышенность и стремление двух сердец к любви, к счастью, в жизнь. Они полностью в музыке в танце в себе и какие там могут быть шаги соревнования и оценки. К черту все. Они одни парят в эйфории как будто никого вообще нет. Любите их за все их подаренное нам величие.

As I am watching this video I can't control my emotion seeing them once again. What a perfect and romantic pair. As they were dancing you can see on their faces the radiance as well as the emotion they emote so they were mistaken as lovers but all these years what they have is purely friendship. To Tessa and Scot I wish you, happiness, luck, and more blessings as you make your journey to another chapter of your life and thank you because you make us happy your fans. God bless. In 2009 they were just friends. But watch how their physical dynamics evolved after Sochi 2014. I think their bond became tighter after 2010 when they adopted (don't know if imposed or by mutual agreement) the pre-program embraces as psychological & emotional preparation. Stage actors do that too (ive been onstage 30 yrs). It helps in delineating character. Makes acting more real & authentic. As to post-program hugs & kissing, well that's purely spontaneous & not a requirement for the role.

I don't want to watch their old videos hehehe. They have their own lives to live but I am just human to expect something which will never happen.

@@hedelisatuzon3221 He's not married but he is a new dad. He and his fiancé had a daughter this past spring. Think the baby's name is Haley. Scott has moved back to Canada and I assume his fiancé came back with him.

by this time Tessa and Scott were skating about 12years, spending almost every day and night in eachother's companionship. if by this time there would'nt be a connection thicker than water, it would never be. but it was, as everybody has seen. off the ice, that's another question but on? oolala...

I enjoy watching them so much I wish they had shows and competitions on like they used to I wonder if the skating shows one pays for has any.? Sure miss them

Конечно танец лучше всех исполнили Климова Пономаренко в далеком 1987 году. Но Тесса и Скотт перед Ванкувером тоже бесподобны. А что ещё должно звучать во Франции? Навка и Костомаров в Турине тоже исполнили этот обязательный танец прекрасно.

Am I correct that, at this time, there were two CDs the dancers had to know? It seems that the Tango Romantica was another possible CD in the 2009-10 season? Which was the CD in Vancouver and at Skate Canada? That is nuts. What a testament to all of the athletes of that year if so! And these two are amazing. The lean on those blades, and, of course, their much noted connection. Amazing that they could do the Tango Romantica in Vancouver and then nail the Golden Waltz weeks later at Worlds. How crazy is that for all of the skaters?

actually they prepared 4 of them for the season. And very shortly before the championships they were told which two of them they have to perform (but in the ISU Grand Prix they had to perform only one CD)

I, as well, LOVE the CD! Since I was about six years old, it's been my favorite part of ice dancing! I'm hoping that the ISU decides not to take away the CD, but why would they care about me, right? I'm just a single's skater. Haha.
