Really nice Tahoe. For daily driving, family camping and light off-roading, which generation of Tahoes do you guys recommend? I like the GMT800’s but clean examples are getting hard to find.

Yeah i second that. I tried the deer. Didnt work out so good

By replacing the headliner, do you find any added headroom? Obviously it improves the overall finish but are there any other benefits?

More headroom and allows us to insulate it.

Do you have to cut any roof ribbing/crossmember to install the fan?

We don't. It fits between the ribs.

@suboverland I did this recently. I must have an unusual version because I needed to trim some ribbing to make it fit; 1 inch off the rear two, but it works out great and plenty strong especially with custom roof rack (2x3 aluminum angle and T rack cross members).

So how much does something like that one cost minus the battery? I have a battery Ecoflow already.

Minus the battery with us supplying the vehicle it would be around $20k.
