cheif465 as someone who owned a v6 first and jumped to an ‘02 gt, save up and get a 5.0. You’ll eventually want more power and the 4.6 doesn’t do it. Bolt ons aren’t worth it since they won’t do much, only a supercharger will really wake it up and that’s at stock 5.0 territory.

Joel Ramirez why not tuck them up a bit higher? my wife's old 02 had low hanging stock cats that dragged over anything 3" higher than flat ground when i dropped it with Eibach Pro springs. i made some alterations and managed to tuck them at the same level of the stock subframe rails (no connectors for that car). btw, found out Eibach pros for 94-04 mustangs are the same as stock 87-93 GT springs but with an "Eibach" logo and got the car pretty low without the isos. front had about a .75" wheel gap and rear a 1" with 245/45/17s on all 4 corners

Samuel Paniagua I tucked them up as far as I can but the catalytic converters are still around an inch or two bigger in diameter than the exhaust pipes. I also noticed today that my car is lower on the driver side than the other so maybe that is what is causing the scraping if I don't be careful on speed bumps. Thanks for the info I'll surely be checking them out.

Your not out shifting those Trans and I would love to see it because it's not going to happen. The 4r70w is a slow shifter but I know for a fact your not outshifting it and if you think other wise then I doubt you raced against someone with a stick because especially the Trans that are in truck have long ass shift linkaged and good luck trying to bang gears fast because it's not going to happen.
