I have a 2000 Silverado Z71 with a 5 speed 5.3 liter V8. Step Side single cab. Bought it 9 years ago with 44k on it for 6,000 its now got 141k on it and not even a valve cover leak. Great truck.

Nice I personally like the 1999-2002 body style silverado they were the best looking truck from 99-02 the 5.3 litre V8 motor is strong lol

So nice, the color is called "Pewter". If you get the LT model it will have power front seats, power lumbar and power side seat wings to keep you in your seat. Plus matching color door handles and engine light too. High quality all made in Canada. The new ones have brought back the super clean front design of this one. The two wheel drive 1500 models had extra towing capacity up to around 10,000 lbs and fancy european style rack & pinion precision steering.

I just bought a 2000 chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 extended cab LS with the 5.3 vortec and it has 189k miles but it's mint, very little rust.

My buddy Tim Thompson used to have a 2000 w/t work truck he got it in July 28th 2000 he said “how did you know I had that truck in 2000 and it’s a base model?! “ haha good times and FYI I am born that night at 10:52pm est love those times

Nice truck. The radio staying on is normal. My uncle had the same truck only in navy blue.

Awesome trucks! These trucks would go 400,000 miles with regular maintenance. I’ve got one at 340,000 now on the original motor and transmission.

I've got the same truck but mine is a 2000 GMC z85 very rare has 3/4 suspension good video later
