I start out like that too. And then 95% of the time I'm so done and just take a decent villager. Like I was so wore out and I settled for ursla. And I don't hate her is just that, she's ok in my book and felt a little sad to see her go after she asked the 2nd time to leave

So...when i was looking for julian I changed into the space jacket he wears and found him in the first ticket. Then, several weeks later, someone on my Facebook group was looking for him and I told them to do the same trick. She didn't have a space jacket so I gave her mine, and she found him on the very next ticket. Lmao it might be coincidence but it has worked for the both of us

Erik was my first as well. The first 3 villagers you get are lazy, normal, and peppy. Then the fourth is smug, so its not unlikely to get Erik who is a lazy villager.

Leaving sprinkle makes me cry I love her shes the best peppy villager.

I had Goldie show up on my campsite and I wanted to keep her so bad but I didn't want to give up Filbert :(

I’ve had Sparrow on my island since the beginning, and I’ve been trying to get rid of them, even when I wasn’t they never asked. They started calling me somersault and I didn’t want to upset them so I said yes. Then everyone side starts asking if they can call me somersault. If I’ve learned one thing throughout my time with Sparro, it’s that there is no getting rid of them. Sparro is forever. Sparro... will never let you go. Look into his eyes, those eyes will haunt you for the rest of your life.

i somehow JUST got him to move and i was so happy, managed to replace him with Audie. Not a dreamie but shes wonderful

He turned down Eugene, Wolfgang, Merrie, and Fauna, who are in my top ten.

I've gotten really lucky with villager hunting. I got Stitches in seven tickets while not even looking for him and Vivian, who was top three on my list, in fifteen. Total of twenty two islands. Having said that, I encountered Harry once before I got Stitches, and *twice in a row* while looking for Vivian. Twenty two islands, almost 400 potential villagers, *and I have gotten Harry three times.*

When Zucker bowed back 😂 so cute

I can help you! the first part is good, but there are mistakes. It would be " *to* live on my island, *he* is too popular" the last part is correct but it sounds strange. try "the people who *like* popular villagers are humble" I hope this helps you!

I’m honestly kinda sad I love the popular ones so much. I just can’t help but love characters like Zucker or Sherb. It kinda makes me resent them a little.

I love your videos, Ryan! I just started playing new horizons because I got it as a Christmas gift & it is a struggle to get the villagers you want, really!

i went searching for erik last week and found him on the first ticket... i have never had so much luck in my whole life :’)

Cutting this down to 36 minutes must've been insane! Impressive. Congrats again!

I had erik from an auto fill and then got rid of him to make room for stitches but didnt realize how much people loved him until recently!!!

I got Erik a day after I got the game, yes I got it yesterday and I’m finally able to use my amiibo cards now

I found this out on Reddit and IT WORKS. If you find you keep getting duplicates, go to settings and reset cache and the keyboard. It resets your villager spawns! Also I was rolling watching you hunt 🤣

watching this while villager hunting and got bob after 5 islands, hunting for raymond next since KidCat was one of my starting villagers villager hunting is so fun

Hey Ryan, I have a tip for future villager hunts :) during dodo dialogue you can hold L or R on your controller to speed it up. Keep up the amazing content!

You know, this reminds me of spending 4 miserable hours trying to get Coco to replace the right villager at 1 AM.

my first ever mystery island i found audie, then my third one i got erik! i didn't even realise there was a popularity scale for most of them...

Beau was my first villager I found on an island, he was my first to move in other than the 2 it gives you and I was so happy!

Sparro just reminds me of Captain Jack Sparrow from pirates of the Caribbean 😂

This makes me feel lucky when i found both Eric and Beau in seperate hunts in under 20 tickets. I took eric not knowing he was popular but left beau because i had other dreamies

Save them, trade items, offer services for other people, open your island when good turnip price with a fee and sell diys (example Gulliver/Gullivarr items sell for 20-60nmt depends on the piece) or sell villagers when they leave if theyre decent popular (I randomly got Flurry and I sold her 40nmt) so yeah. I have 500 nmt and honestly I have no idea on what to do with them because I got all my dreamkes

What I noticed is that you start getting duplicate villagers after ~50 tickets. Try changing the time of day!! I’ve noticed it changes up the order when you do that :)

I found Erik on my first ticket. Boy, was I shocked - and excited!!

I just got Erik a couple days ago with 3 tickets😂
