Keep up the amazing work, you're one of the best ebay sellers I've ever seen. As for your question, in my experience the more specifics you add the better the sales percentages.

I'm new. About 1 year. Have over 150 listings over 6 categories. I've actually learned most of this on my own but good thoughts. I would ad that messages to buyers. Upbeat personal notes gets LOTS of great feedback. Treat your buyers like they are truly appreciated.

Thanks! I am just starting to experiment with adding International Express. I have had buyers ask for it in the past however it is rare.

hey man i have watched almost each video on your channel. you are doing such a great job. one thing i am confused about is how to process your order after you get it. i want to start my export business from India, i dont know about how to make invoice, what all to mention on it so it does not get stuck in customs. ( i dont want to print labels on ebay, cause i want to ship through post office). so it would be great if you can tell about that. love from India.

Thanks Samson. Efficient and succinct as always. Lots of good advice. I am doing a Buy 1 get 1 for 10% off sale on some books right now. What I really wanted to do was do a 10% off all combined purchases, but there was no option for that. Oh well, we'll see what happens. Did it last night and no takers as yet, but an unexpected watcher on some shoes, which I sent an offer for straight away, lol. So well see what happens. 😐

The thing to remember is if you're a business seller if say your Gross profit is 20% from a £100 sale if you offer 10% off you've just cut your profit by 50% (now £10 from 20) I like to have an inventory with gross profit calculations so I can see my profit margins quickly on any specific item price changes etc.

@Dan Swildens I used to be an accountant but now run an eBay store and make more of a living from that than being an accountant did. You can be a high volume seller on eBay it’s just a different business model entirely and it completely depends if your margins and demand allow it. But I still don’t understand what gave you that opinion as my comment was literally saying - ‘be patient, accepting a 10% sale will cost you a much larger chunk of your margins’. So I have no idea why you think I’m impatient haha

Hi Samson good tips, Do you know what's the most cost-effective post option to send a DVD/PS/Xbox Game internationally? Locally I just use a large letter or tracked letter. I'm inspired to open listings to international.

Definitely send it tracked, using an untracked economy option can open you up to getting scammed.

For international sales just use global shipping program.

Hey Samson just to clarify listing 10 items everyday will not increase sales in any way if what you list is garbage, the items you list need to be good quality and in demand items that are competitively priced and described accurately with good photos but I’m sure that’s what you meant

Very true, that is key. Ideally listing consistently will help new sellers understand what they should be selling & how they should be listing.

It won’t let me send offers to watchers only sometimes when I have a watcher is this because I have been selling only in the last month. I came back after years with 600 good feedback today but is odd I can’t send to every watcher. Template is on big pain but I think gets more sales

It has happened once, early on when the first round of required specifics where introduced. However I don't fill out all recommended specifics (only required & relevant recommend ones) and those don't seem to get deleted.

Hi, what do you mean by message with offer? Are you referring to sending offers to buyers? If so I just send the default message & never edit it.

Hi Samson. I had a sale recently which they wanted a refund for. I sent a prepaid postage label for them to print which they didn’t use. I’ve been away all week so I’ve not been able to do much. They are being very awkward and horrible. They are spamming me ‘give me the money’. I’m back tomorrow and I know what the problem is. it’s all their fault-

Have u spoken to eBay? If they are threatening u let EBay know ...they may have advice on both issues ..once it's all sorted block the buyer ...some people are just awful. Also well done you ..wish my teens would do what you are doing
