20 minutes, 45 Navy seal burpees. May 15, 2024

My first time doing the ​⁠@busydadtraining navy seal burpee workout. It was a good starting point for me to take off from. I definitely got a sweat going by the end of the workout.

    My whole workout world has changed since I saw his videos and training program. I want to stride into 60 looking lean, mean and strong 💪🏼

    @busydadtraining sounds like a great trainer...I checked him out so a fellow Brit like me. It's good working out alongside someone (or an app) as there's no room for slacking lol. Great job...I like your fluid movement!

    Thank you. I love his approach to burpees. The timing is fantastic. And his accent just makes it easy to follow along.

    I did my first navy seal workout yesterday and it was not a super hard session. But later that day my body told me how good that session was. My wife and I went to a baseball game. It was a long drive and ordeal to get to the stadium. She is disabled and requires a lot of assistance. Once we got to the game, 2 hrs before it started we were walking , driving her scooter, around checking out the stadium and such. The whole time we were walking around my body felt totally alive. My core, legs, chest and shoulders just felt pumped and ready for anything. I felt great. It was a night game and we had fun. Our team won and then it was a long walk back to the car and a long drive home. I felt great the whole time. But once my head hit the pillow, around midnight, I was out solid. I’ll definitely be looking forward to my next navy seal session.
