    Showing up to the mat at your lowest means you’ve got your yoga heart in the right place. Consistency is the key to yoga self esteem as you put it. Today I threw a little dancer pose in there because I was feeling the balance poses so much. I love the thought of so many millions of us echoing on our yoga journeys. ✨

    Sore and depressed today but I still showed up as myself for myself. I chose softness and variations that worked for my body. A great reminder that I can modify most anything to be at my comfort level. Thank you Adrienne, thank you beautiful yoga friends, and thank you Benji.

    Such a humble reminder that progress isn't linear. Almost 60 days of yoga with Adriene and today I could barely manage a lunge but when she says 'Know that you are supported and loved' - I felt it in my heart! Thank you Adriene and this amazing community 🙏💛

    Admire day 16🎉 legs are a little sore today, but I got through the whole video, and got a sweat on 🥵 I laughed at the end when Adriene said you can stay here and mediate or relax, my dog at the end put a paw on me so I put a warm hand on her, then when the video ended she brought me a toy, so we had to play, no relax time here🤣. Thank you, Adriene, for the hip love, pigeon is my favourite, and a great reminder that we are not alone, I looked at the subscriber count and with 12.5M and growing followers none of us are alone in this community. 💖🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🤗

    While I was practising pigeon, I looked out into the garden to see two pigeons frolicking in the bird bath. Lovely to see a bit of sunshine here in NE England, and practice pigeon with the pigeons ❤

    February 2024 Admire Day 16 ❤ Decided to do the practice after walking around sightseeing, and that turned out to be the perfect idea. I feel calm and refreshed and ready for a night out later on. Namaste.

    Adriene - I have been practicing at home yoga and following your channel since 2014. Your method of teaching the incredible benefits of yoga makes anyone from beginner to advanced yogi feel welcomed and included. I missed this video when it was first posted 7 months ago as I had just lost my dear husband. After suspending my practice for sometime, your monthly calendars have brought me back to my mat. Your videos truly help me find peace as I continue to grieve. Today's 20-minute flow for the hips was perfect for this chilly December day.     I was writing a comment about how I was going to skip this and do a different practice instead but then stopped, realizing it was just the heat of the day and a week lacking in energy talking. I erased it and came to the mat. Still hot, still feeling low on energy, but sweat aside, better than before. Spark day 15. 649 days in a row.

    Today I woke up negative for no reason, and to be honest did not want to do anything. But this was on today’s calendar so I told myself, just do this and see how it goes… and when Adriene said “you’re not alone”, I felt like she was speaking to me directly. No words can describe it but I felt supported, that there is someone out there who knows exactly how I feel. And that is everything I needed to get me through today. Thank you Adriene. 🙏🏼

    Motivate day 22. March 2023. Feeling anxious and stressed with work. Balance was off completely. Could not stand with feet together and balancing on one foot was a challenge. I fell over in high lunges. Pigeon restored the flow for me - close to the ground. I take comfort in Adriene’s final word. Breathe day 15. December 2022. Very cold day, cold room. Appreciated the warming up. Love, love, love Pigeon pose. Spark, day 15. July 2022. Really lovely practice. Outside on the grass again.

    Adriene i am following you since 2020. The kindness of your words and voice constantly saying it is ok wherever you are, are just magical. Just following your voice and almost no need anymore to peak on you is a huge improvement for me…you have the ability to make me feel like a yoga pro, though my pigeon pose today was not anything like yours😂

    Wow, started out telling myself I did not want to do this...mid way thru I realized I actually enjoyed it and was amazed at what I could do in comparison to the beginning of the year. Wonderful, been doing daily yoga, sometimes begrudgingly since 1/1/22 but today I felt how far I had come. So glad I continue to get on the mat. 😄

    Just did this one again for March 2023 Motivate. Same issue as last year - BALANCE. 😂 But I had a terrible sleep last night and am giving myself some grace on this one. Yoga really does help and helps with identifying what’s ‘out of whack’ off the mat. Have a blessed day all. 🙏🏻

    Definitely tighter on my right side then on my left. Could hold pigeon pose alot longer on the left. My feet kept sticking to my mat today so had trouble with the transitioning of the poses.

    I was feeling really exhausted after I came home from work and was debating with myself if I could just skip one day of yoga practice. But I knew my hips would benefit from this flow after a day full of sitting/standing and hours in the car. I'm glad I showed up. :)

Fear resides in our hips and I have officially released all fear and decided to ful-fill things on my to-do list which aligns with my purpose. I am excited about this.     We started our first IVF cycle at the start of the month and I've been doing SPARK to help keep me calm and grounded as I waited to find out if I was pregnant. Yesterday I found out that our cycle has failed and very nearly gave up. But soon realised that these are the times when it's most important to come home to myself, so I got on the mat. Adriene saying "You're not alone" right at the end of the practice sent me 😭

    I just completed my first month of yoga. I've had spinal fusions, and was scared to bend/stretch too much for some reason. I'm so happy I ignored the fear because my back feels better than it has in years. I appreciate what you do so much, Adriene. 🙏🏻🌼

    I had spinal fusion about 3 years ago. At first I had the same reservations about the bending and stretching, but I realized that many of my physiotherapy exercises were actually yoga poses. I started my new yoga journey at the beginning of last year, on Valentines day and I couldn't given myself a better love gift. I started with Adriene's oldest 30 day challenge, and worked my way through them all, never skipping a day. I am amazed at what this chubby middle aged body can achieve and my back feels strong and healthy for the first time in my adult life.

    Back here again for the July Spark Day 15 ✅🌷🍀 I must thank you Adriene,💝😊 esp. for this amazing flow practice, started late this morning but doesn't matter, I chose this again for cooling off a wonderful flow this evening as I felt really awesome doing this slowly, gently and perfect for a great stretch again and again.....😌🧘🏾‍♀️👌🏾it feels really really good.     Much more ease this time around, a testament to regular practice. However, I was wobblier in the high lunges compared to other times. And with the winter season, the changing of the guard has brought in a number of different minor aches to replace the warmer weather ones😛. Oddly, some of those are on my right side, which is very unusual as any issue I have generally is on the left. Perhaps, I am balancing out finally. In any case, I feel pretty good now despite the lingering aches. Breathe day 15. 802 days in a row.

    I too was very wobbly with my high lunge twists today. And yet managed the one legged hip circles just fine. Balance is such a weird thing. Sometimes it’s there and sometimes it isn’t.

    I finally unboxed one of the YWA mats I purchased while still in Asia last October. I got tired of simply using the floor here at home. It was so nice to use a brand new mat, although I think the mat would disagree having to meet my stinky feet.😂 Motivate day 22. 899 days in a row.

    Hey guys , I've been super tired and wore out feeling lately [ darn cirrhosis of the liver ) , so I've been doing these around 8 AMish . I'm still tired so I'm going to lay back down. But , as always , great to see you and my baby boy ( Benji ) . Snuggles with Benji would be So therapeutic right now. What a sweetheart . Alright , love you guys .     I’ve been using these videos through my 9 months of pregnancy and 1 1/2 years postpartum and they have literally saved my life. I’m prone to getting depression and these videos have helped me find my center and stay grounded every time. Thank you for sharing your practices with the world!

    Be ready for a workout even in this lovely sequence. I have to admit to some wobbliness. Knees and lower legs were simply tired today. And the mind put up a lot of resistance, but I completed this nonetheless. Refresh day 18. 561 days in a row.

    How could I resist this new video when I saw my favourite lizard pose ! Because of my shoulder impingement I swapped the cobras for cat cows and 3 legged dogs for a child’s pose. But then of course, I wallowed in pigeon thinking of all my lovely yoga friends and you Adriene, always inspiring me 🙏🧘🏼‍♀️👏🐣😊💕

    SPARK 🔆 | July 15, 2022 | The day this practice came out I was travelling to Memphis for a work trip and ended up doing it quite late in the evening in my beautiful hotel room. It was nice to come back to it again from home 🇨🇦 and when I haven't had a whirlwind day. It's a great flow and a nice pace and I'm always here for hip openers! 🧘‍♀️🙏

    At the end of the practice i suddenly realized that i started crying quietly. It felt like someone opened up a gate and everything that accumulated over the past few days and weeks could finally drain away... Really thank you so much for your great content over the last years. Your Yoga sessions are always a treat for the day & and the soul - Thank you! ♥ And my hips are feeling pretty good now ;)

    Ha ha my wifi froze when we started, just as you said take a deep breath in through the nose,! Thought it was weird to be holding for so long 😂, thankfully it came back eventually. Another great video thank you ❤

    Looking for something that will relieve my hip pain and I usually do the monthly calendar YWA, and just as I opened March 22, this session popped up. Just the one that I really need! It felt good after and my right hip felt so much better! Even if this video had been posted 11 months ago it still delivers the same result. So, thank you again Adriene! 😍
