Workout 2 of week 3 and back with another Combo 8x4 20 minute TOTAL BODY workout with weights.
Like yesterday in this total body workout we will be smashing 8 exercises in total. With a combination of compound conditioning, cardio and resistance training spliced throughout the workout
We will then be repeating this lap 4 times for a non stop action packed routine
Again each exercise being smashed for 30 seconds, with just 10 secs rest between each so it's going to a tough one and a step up from last week
Let's push ourselves hard in this one as we have our rest day tomorrow . SO let's give it everything
