    I don’t like the bringers and the weight slammers. If you’re slamming your weights down, then you probably don’t have control over the weight and should probably drop the weight you’re lifting.

    Hello from Greece. Great training! Yesterday I made it twice and the second part with the lighter dumbbells. It's a very nice reason to do some job with them. I was feeled my shoulders on fire but to after 45' I'm fine!

    It will be different for each individual, but try it out with that and see how you get on! If it’s too easy you can up a little the next time you do it! Then as you get fitter and stronger you will find yourself upping the weight a little
