This is a 20 minute restorative yoga full body stretch. This restorative yoga class will stretch and ease tension from the entire body while creating flexibility with longer holds. After practicing this full body stretch restorative yoga class you will feel less tension and more relaxed. This restorative yoga stretch will deeply stretch the entire body helping increase flexibility and promote relaxation.

I loved the amount of time you spent in each pose! It really allowed me to feel the stretch and sink into the pose
I found this video is perfect for post workout body soreness, thank you for taking the time to pause and breathe, felt more like a meditative stretch yoga practice. All the best on your work!
This is the best practice to unwind in the evening ♥️ It also really helps to release tension in the lower back. Definitely my go-to practice when I come home from work or before sleep. I love it !

Fantastic, the slow pace really means you can sink into the stretches to gain maximum flexibility. This was the best pigeon pose I've managed to ever achieve. Also, I've strained my back doing kettlebells and found this better than pain killers to ease the lower back. Thank you so much xx

This was the best way to start the day. Since I started this series I'm learning to tap in and release tension in my body during the practice and even throughout the day, which is exactly what I wanted. Thank you for answering all my questions too, your answers have helped a lot. I've been doing yoga for years but I feel like I'm only now truly learning the right way to do it for my body. Which leads me to today's question: is it normal for one's lower back to come off the floor when in corpse pose? 🌸 have a beautiful day, Bird!

I’m so so happy to hear this! I’m glad you are enjoying the journey and connecting deeper to self. This is incredible 💫🤸💘 Because the back has a natural curve you’ll definitely notice the lower back not making contact with the mat/floor while laying in corpse pose. The lumbar spine will change depending on the pose. For example you’ll probably notice while in happy baby your lower back actually makes contact to the mat/floor. This is because the spine goes into a bit of Flexion naturally in this type of position. In corps pose we aren’t doing anything so as you relax the spine will begin to soften and find it’s natural curvature so you’ll naturally have some space between the mat/floor and your lower back.
