Yes people, what is going on! In this video I will demonstrate and show you a 20-minute full body workout that you can do to improve your strength and fitness for football. If we want to get one step ahead of our opponents it is important that we do additional training whether that is physical, technical or tactical training. This workout will improve us physically and it can literally be done anywhere!

Really enjoyed this workout!
Best workout I thought he must be td his friend to pose these that it's amazing but I do t think so it's working on core legs back every where loved this workout I will do these 3 times a week also take protein and do exercises for Increasing height as well and would run a lot on Sunday after match as it builds up stamina. Haha I struggle a lot when I do them as well, probably see the pain in my face! Try dips if they're too difficult!
I am skinny , will i be able to get good muscles and increase my muscle size . And how many times should i do it .... Please reply...

I’d recommend doing this workout only one time through around 2 to 3 times a week. This should be additional training on top of your regular training with your team. Look to do it at the start or end of your day, that’s what I do. Also to increase muscle mass it’s crucial that you add resistance (weight) training into your training. There is so much content online in which you can find training tips for increasing muscle mass. You should also look to increase your caloric intake as well if you’re looking to grow your muscle mass. Hope that helps mate!

@themonkeypro94 try to do full body 3-4 days and plyo 1-2 days with speed training. This is my schedule 2 days of full body and then 1day plyo+speed+prevention and then again full body 2 days
