    Can you please give some tips on the Russian twist? I often see people twist really deep and tapped her way to the floor as they go side to side and I’m always wondering about that! Is that the deepest or is that incorrect or that’s the way to go? Thanks in advance

    Great Q! My goal when I do them is to focus on being able to lean back to engage my core and as for the twist range of motion… I like to challenge myself to try to get my shoulders to face the wall that I’m turning towards to really get that twist! If tapping to the floor causes your chest to collapse and core to disengage a little bit, I wouldn’t do it 😃
