Grab a resistance band and a mat for cushion, and let’s get to work! These small, low impact movements will have those legs on fire by the end! Remember, the heavier the resistance band the more challenging this workout will be and vice versa! These Barre inspired moves are designed to target your glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, and a little bit of your core!

    Amazing! Just did this one after my morning run. I love adding these short but very effective barre or Pilates workouts after a run if I’m still feeling some energy to keep going because it gives a great burn without overdoing it. Thank you so much! I love your workouts!

    Larie, this was great! And girl, you got such good energy - not too much and just focused on the muscles and proper form which is great for barre-typed workouts... instead of "weight loss Yaadaa Yaad motivation'".... Much appreciated :-) Will come back for more!

    My husband says the same thing 🤣 just put me on mute if you don’t need the cues! ❤️ I typically will put people on mute and listen to the music of my choice.
