20 Minute Back and Bicep Workout- Upper Body Pull Workout Dumbbells Only
Today we’ve got another fast and effective at home upper body workout, this time focusing on our back and biceps 💪 This will be similar to what I do in the gym with 3 sets of each exercise and alternating between back and bicep for a pull focused workout, using only dumbbells. Sorry for the technical difficulties in filming- with the heat my phone overheated but still got it done. Hope you enjoy! Let me know what workouts you want to see next time!
