20 Minute ACTIVE RECOVERY MOBILITY FLOW | Follow Along

Follow along with me for this active recovery workout consisting of a bodyweight mobility flow routine. You can do this anywhere to improve flexibility and aid recovery on your rest day. This routine uses dynamic stretches to improve flexibility, release tight muscles and improve blood flow to enhance muscle recovery from workouts.
This workout is part of my 30 workout Dumbbell LIFT Series to develop a strong and athletic physique.

Yea just started the 6week db series, so far I really like it. I’ve been working a ton so these 30 min workouts are perfect. I’m 41 from Corvallis, Oregon. A lot of marathoners in this thread, pretty funny cause I just finished my first marathon in Newport, Oregon. Anyways, thanks for the videos, they’re perfect.
Hey ! I am a hobby trail runner from Hungary . I got injured on my last race, patella enthesitis and meniscus. I am on recovery / rehab now, and as homeworkouts I started your mobility & foam roller sessions. They are great and help a lot!!!

Amazing stretch for a rest day. I was really sore after the first 2 days and this helped tremendously. I will do this again before bed. I will consider doing more often unless told otherwise.

Good way to start the day. Using your 6 week lift series along with half marathon training to really step up my game from the last few years of run training. 47 years old, gotta hold on to that youth 🤣🤣. Following along from cold and blustery Cornwall

47 is still young, I train a lot of people in their 50’s one to one who are in amazing shape.

Thank you for the boost! To be honest, I feel fitter now than I have done in years. Had some health problems in my early 40's and turned things around. Leaner, fitter, stronger.
